Excellent Service and Support from Richard and his colleagues! Our dog had a nasty leg injury between Christmas and New year. Despite being fully booked they fitted us in and followed up with phone calls and after care to see him through this difficult time. Thank you so much for the time, kindness and support. 5 stars completely deserved!

Great Vets and great staff. Puppy classes now complete thanks to the girls for organising this. Richard doing monthly checks keeping our minds at ease explaining everything making our first time dog owner experience more enjoyable. Would recommend this Vets to anyone and very happy to have my dog as one of their patients.

Called this morning as i think my dog - Zumi Patel (7 years old) has Kennel Cough - its now 6.45pm as no one called back - called again as the cough has got worse- got told now - to try another Goddard practice. Well if my dog now dies from not being treated and will be uncomfortable all night. - I know who to blame!! I am even part of the Goddard family membership - what Family?? I am also still waiting for my follow up appointment regarding £200 worth of blood test that was done over 3 months ago!! - - and VetPartners’ acquisition of the Goddard Veterinary Group want to merge to have lots of vet practices in the same area and raise the risk of higher prices or lower quality services. - This is now under investigation by the CMA regarding competition concerns about the deal. update: Had a call back 10 minutes after my follow up call, to be told- that my dog has not had an up to date Kennel cough injection, no reason for my this was not followed, no reason for my I didnt have a follow up for my blood test and to be told to not allow my dog now to socialise with any other dog and if the cough persist for more than 2 weeks, doesnt completely eat at all or is sad - nothing else can be done - thank you Goddard for your help with this :) really appreciate it. Will be looking for another Vet now. - Back to Pets at home I go as Zumi has never missed a dosage in his life!.

As a guy covered iin tattoos and an owner of of a pedigree sphynx you get used to vets treating you and your animal a certain way, which is wrong on a multiple of levels. Imagine my surprise when I was greeted and helped with both speed and real care. Having moved to a new area I was delighted that Richard and staff are both very knowledgeable and happy to help. I have a lot of stupid questions when it comes to things I don’t understand, having the staff there take the time to ensure I left fully aware of all my options was invaluable. Unfortunately, Hades, my 8 year old sphynx, had a particularly aggressive form on cancer in his lower jaw bone which limited a lot if possible solutions. Care was taken to ensure the experience wasn’t not one of pain for either my sphynx or myself. This in itself is something you don’t want to go badly with the correct help at hand. The team are one in a million and care as much about your pets as you should. Be honest, be polite and you will be greeted with the same. They are lovely people....

I had an amazing experience with the vet practice, specifically with Dr. Richard, who treated my cat with the utmost care and professionalism. I cannot speak highly enough of him and the entire team at this practice. Richard is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced vet, with nearly 20 years of experience. He is so down to earth and has an amazing relaxing manner that instantly put me and my cat at ease. He took the time to explain everything to me, and I never felt rushed or like he was in a hurry to move on to the next patient. Richard performed surgery on my cat, and I was blown away by how well he did with the stitches. Even better, my cat had zoomies the first night after his neutering, but the stitches stayed put and healed beautifully. Overall, I highly recommend this vet practice, and Dr. Richard in particular, for anyone looking for a top-notch veterinary experience. They truly go above and beyond to provide exceptional care and treatment for your furry family members. Five stars all around!

Today we took our new cat, Benny, to this veterinary practice, which we have not used before. We found the Vet extremely helpful friendly and caring. Full explanation given re the injections and treatment required. Also about the correct food to be given. Going back in 3 weeks for next injection, and we feel very reassured we have chosen an excellent Veterinary practice. The receptionist was polite and helpful and explained what we needed to know extremely well. Would definitely recommend
