Always fantastic service from Richard and the nurses. I spent a lot of time in the practice when my senior cat sadly developed kidney disease and I honestly can’t thank them enough for their kindness and compassion. Richard is always honest in his consultations and works with you to do the best for your pets. We have since registered our 3rd cat here and I can’t recommend them enough!

Richard and all the other staff are amazing - I’ve been with this vets for years and they have looked after all the cats we have owned they are the most caring attentive staff even my last surviving cat don’t mind going there .

We’re so happy we took our puppy here. The team there are amazing, and our puppy loves seeing Holly and the others for her regular check ups. They have been soo responsive via the app to any concerns we have had which is reassuring as first time dog owners. They were even able to give us an appointment on the same day when Luna needed to be seen urgently. Richard is very knowledgable and will take time to answer any questions we have.

I can’t give enough stars for Goddard’s Gidea Park, they’ve always been so great with my puppy but exceeded all expectations today by fitting him straight in to be looked at when he was suffering with his ear. The staff on the phones were so understanding and helped get him seen on the same day, and Richard was as brilliant as ever when we got there. Thank you all so much, you are just wonderful x

I can't recommend Goddards at Gidea Park more highly. My puppy was unwell through the night and I was able to call at 8 and have him booked in for an appointment by 11am. The team are always so friendly and helpful and really put your mind at ease. Thank you for taking such good care of our puppy (and us!)

Just wanted to say how wonderful Goddard is, was there for us when my cat needed seeing immediately, they were so accommodating even though I know they are so busy. The nurses there are so welcoming and show real passion for what they do.

I called Godards at Gidea park today at very short notice for my dog Sonny and was given an appointment for the same day with no trouble at all.
The staff at Gidea Park are excellent, extremely Friendly and will always, always accommodate any short notice appointments.

My new kitten (less than a week) decided to break his tail… not having a clue what to do, I phone Goddards Gidea Park and they were amazing with their help AND without an appointment, while it was extremely busy, Richard and the team still found time to fit us in… and it was that day…
I don’t know how they found the extra time to deal with broken bones and a very stressed out owner… but I am sure glad they did.
The team there are lovely, couldn’t say enough good about them.
They have earned a client for life, and I am very lucky to have them as my vet.
