I’ve been visiting Richard and the team for about three years with my cat Daisy.
Richard has always been patient and kind, and always looked after Daisy (and her many issues) really well. He is the only vet who has taken the time to get to know Daisy, and find solutions that suit her best. And he is always happy to explain everything in detail.
The reception team are also very efficient and so kind. It’s clear they all care about the animals that come through the door.
This is why I continue to come to Richard all the way in Gidea Park when I live in Zone one in London!!

We have been going to see Richard and the team for nearly a decade. He has looked after all our beloved pets (two frenchies and a Persian cat) throughout that time and has been brilliant. If you own frenchies you know they have their issues, however Richard is brilliant both caring for them and also empathetic when giving us advice. Would highly recommend.

Richard and the team at Goddard Vets in Gidea Park have been excellent since we moved around the corner about 18 months ago.
We've had two annual check-ups for our dog Poppy, both went well - we've never had issues booking appointments or getting through on the phone.
She also recently had a lump which required surgery, but we got an emergency appointment that afternoon she had her operation just 2 days later with a check up the following week. All sorted in under 10 days :)
wanted to leave a review as we're really pleased with the fast, flexible and friendly service. A well run practice!

I recommend this vet practice! I’ve been again recently and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The vet is very knowledgeable and talks you through everything that needs to be done. I feel happy to leave my dog there when anything needs to be done safe in the knowledge that she will be receiving the very best care

We have taken our two cats to Goddards for years and have never been unhappy with any of our visits. The staff are lovely, the vet, Richard, is kind and informative, and it’s very efficiently managed. I arrived just before 9am yesterday and was invited straight in. We’re happy to support great local services.
