I had a later time for an appointment, I needed a earlier time, and they found the time to get me in and then I got there 20 minutes early and they still got me in right away before my initial time. I didn’t have to wait, it was less than five minutes by the time I got back in there got looked at taken care of and was done in 20 minutes. I’ll give them 10 stars if they had it.

Arrived for my 2:20 appointment @ 2:10, checked in w/o any problems. Was taken back to examining room 2:15. Dr and nurse came in 2:22, procedure was quick and I was out at 2:30. So far, so good!

This place was as busy as I've ever seen it today. And it's a Monday, I didn't even sit for 10 minutes. When my name was called during all these people were here. Got in to see the doctor had an X-ray. And was out in 20 minutes. Great place.

When I arrives at MD west one
I was a short line, but it went fast. And I was taken care of in a very expedient and thoughtful way.
I want the doctor viewed my
X-rays, he was very specific in what he told me. And what he recommended for me to do

The check-in process was quick and easy, the X-ray tech was professional and friendly and Dr. Pitner provided clear and comprehensive consultation. As I am just beginning the recommended treatment regimen, I am not yet able to comment on the outcome, but I am confident that I have been provided with viable treatment options.
