MD West ONE Reviews - Copy

I am a 65 year old male patient who used this facility for three hand surgeries and/or exams during this past year. I am rarely inclined to take the time to write a Google review; however, the services I received during this past year were so exceptional that I want to recognize the Surgeon and the medical staff team members who are deserving of such exemplary performance. The appearance and cleanliness of every facility involved has been impeccable as well. Well over a year ago I began my due diligence of researching the best possible rated Surgeon I could find to perform surgery for my moderate to severe Dupuytren's Contracture on both hands. After many hours of reading, I decided on Dr. Kayvon Izadi, a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon Specializing in Hand, Wrist & Elbow. Fast forwarding now, a year and a half later, I am inclined to comment on Dr. Izadi and his surgical teams. The process from beginning to end of scheduling appointments and navigating thru all facets involved with pre and post surgical procedures touches many team members along the way. MD West One deserves accolades for achieving a 100 percent score in every possible area. The nurses and surgery teams for all three of my procedures were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, respectful, and most importantly professional in every way possible, The Surgeon, Dr. Izadi could not have done a finer job in repairing both of my hands. I had several fingers on my left hand that would not straighten past 90 degrees. I had one finger on my right hand that would not straighten past 90 degrees. Now all fingers on both hands are as close to perfect as perfect can be ! During and after the procedures and during the healing process I experienced very minor pain or discomfort. During the process of my procedures, I had an opportunity to meet and talk with many staff members who all, without exception, made comments about Dr. Izadi. And always , these comments were made without any solicitation by me. Not just one but EVERY person I encountered spoke so highly of Dr. Izadi as being such a great surgeon and commented on how polite, courteous and considerate he is as a human being. I concur 100% ! I want to also mention that his Assistant , Theresa has been wonderful throughout this past year in accommodating me in every way possible. If you are considering an Orthopedic Surgeon for yourself or a family member, and you want the very best , reach out to Dr. Izadi. You will be happy you did ! Thank you Dr. Izadi, Theresa, and MD West One for a job well done !
