From the time we signed in to the moment we stepped out, we were met with the most friendly team. Although the office was busy, it didnt take longer than 15 min to see Dr Gaffney. He is a knowledgable Dr and even though it is a workman’s comp appointment, Dr. G is working for me as a patient rather than the insurance companies which is so hard to find these days. I would recommend midwest one to anyone in search of any of these specialists for excellent treatment and human to human interactions in a time of pain and anxiety.

The entire staff seemed to
work together. I was seen at my appointment time there was no wait. The Doctor took his time explained everything and seemed very knowledgeable. I I did have some difficulty with the preregistration
but that was a computer issue, not a personnel issue.

From the front desk to Dr Keiser my initial visit left me feeling very confident in the facility, and staff. The Dr was very friendly informative and helped me to understand exactly what I needed to do and what my options were. I’m certain that I’ll be returning again and will recommend MD WEST ONE to anyone who asks or needs an orthopedic on the future.

Dr Phillips portrays a caring and positive interaction with his patients. He is easy to communicate with and explains everything very thoroughly. Because of my experience I have had with my visits and surgery I have recommended him to a close friend whose surgery is scheduled in January.
