Dr. Schutt, his P.A. Erin, and the entire support staff are simply amazing. After a year of battling ankle pain I saw Dr. Schutt and ultimately I needed surgery, but I am so thankful I had his team. Being non-weight bearing for any amount of time is tough, but having the right medical team to support your recovery is key. They are extremely punctual with appointment times, which is rare in a medical office. I cannot recommend them enough.

MD West One has been great for my medical needs. Easy check in, plenty of room in the waiting room. My Nurse greeted me with a smile, and care. This is not always the case in todays healthcare environment.
Dr Bowdino, his PA, and nurse are highly knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate. I would recommend anyone reading this to consider care at this location if you are looking for new, or second opinion Neuro Surgery care.

I went to this clinic and the moment I walked in my wonderful experience started. The receptionist was just perfect in helpfulness, and in friendliness.
I was taken to a room and the nurse was so polite and caring listening to me carefully.
The PA came in, again, doing a careful exam and listening attentively to my predicament.
He went checking for exrays, CT scans, and surgical notes.
My wait time to see the Dr.was quick. He came in addressed my problem and gave me a solution I didn't think would happen.
I am so glad I chose this location.

The office location is easy to find and parking was a breeze. The wait time was extremely short. X-ray procedures were very quick. Dr Izadi was back with results shortly thereafter.. He took adequate time with me. I did not feel like the appointment was rushed.

Dr. Shane Schutt was extremely helpful in providing information and explanations I needed to make decisions related to my surgery and recovery. I have had an excellent recovery following my Total Ankle Replacement, and am very grateful for Dr. Schutt's expertise. The entire staff is wonderful.

The staff and providers are friendly, competent and dedicated.
am happy with all aspects except for contact/reservation processes. When you call for info, you have to deal with reservation people. They just make the process more exasperating. Wish there was an option to go to reservation/appointment process and real providers,

I made an appointment with Dr. Izadi for today at 1:30. He did my surgery years ago and couldn’t be more kind and caring! I got there a half hour early and they were able to get me in, have an x-ray, and see the doctor again and get a steroid shot and out the door by 1:30! I couldn’t ask for anymore. He’s a very kind and caring doctor and will take time with you. ALL the staff there is awesome. There is also very kind! I would highly recommend him to anyone. My husband and I have also used other doctors there and had surgeries, we will not go anywhere else.
