I had my 2nd opinion with Dr. Otterberg today regarding my knee. He was very informative, and confident when explaining my situation in detail. I met him for the first time today, and he made me feel comfortable. I was impressed. Next step waiting on the scheduling dept. Good job !

All the staff was very nice. Dr Ehlers was so thorough in his explaination of the surgery I need and why it needs done, he answered all my questions. I am actually looking forward to surgery and getting relief from my pain.

MD West has been very helpful in dealing with my ankle pain. Dr. Grier, PA Jessica and the rest of the staff are very professional and personable. They explain their findings in appropriate language and offer a continuum of treatment options followed with their best advice on how to proceed. I'm always been seen close to my appointment time and never felt rushed while working with the staff.

I had fallen on March 14th and so I call Dr Phillips and he had a opening that following Friday. Thanks dr Phillips for letting me know I was just brused up and your kindness. Also had xray done on my right shoulder and dr Phillips help me out until my appointment on March 25 when i saw Dr Rosipal to great dr I learned to trust couldn't ask for a better place to go when I need some help

Dr Doran had reviewed my information in advance, was personable, listened well, answered all our questions, explained well, and went back to check my file when I remembered something a little differently than he did. Not many doctors will even admit if they remembered something differently than actuality, let alone tell you that your recollection was more accurate than their’s was. Well done!
