Complete,expedient,professional, courteous. Explained all in plain language to me, treated me as a human being although I was not dressed the part, I was tired,in pain,and came as I was,everyone was kind,non-judgmental, courteous from front desk to behind closed doors,my anxiety was relieved by the kind explanation in normal human language,Awesome staff,Awesome PA,EVERYONE was above reproach A1 customer service/ bedside manners, thank you so very much,would MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND to anyone seeking Quality Medical , again thank you & may God Bless your entire office,amen .

Dr Phillips is great. He and I saw eye from the minute we met. He went through everything on my hip X-ray and physical inspection and it was clear my hip was shot. He was straight with me and I knew how everything was going to happen with hip replacement. The pain had been awful it hurt morning, noon and night; when I sat, when I stood and when I laid down. When I woke up after surgery all the old pain was gone I had some new pain from the incision but it was no where near the pain I was in before. I recovered fast and I have been doing so much better since I got the new hip. Thank you Dr Phillips!!!
