I arrived they got me all checked in, I didn't even sit down and they were calling me in. Dr.McCarthy is very thorough, explains every thing and if he can he does it visually. He talks to me knowing I'm not a Dr. So explaining things I understand! His nurses are all great kind, caring couldn't ask for a better experience.

MD West One is the best place. From the check-in with Deb to the PA Jessica and Dr. Tiedeman. I had carpal tunnel surgery with Dr. Tiedeman 3 years ago and this time I had a shoulder issue. Everyone was nice and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Dr. McMullen has changed my life. I couldn't walk without excruciating pain. I was miserable. He took the time to listen to me and what I wanted to try. He was willing to do this for me and my life has been so much better. He's always attentive and truly listens. He and his staff, his nurse Dena and everyone else who have helped me are a 5 star. Highly recommend!!

I have never had a bad experience with this group. I get in with very little wait and see my doctor (Dr. Emodi) with in minutes of being in the exam room. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great orthopedic doctors.
