I have been treated for knee issues, torn meniscus and cartilage by Dr. Sam Phillips. I had scope surgery in July and then developed a stress fracture. Dr. Phillips has done an excellent job diagnosing the post surgery issue and developing a plan to get me back on my feet. He provides a lot of great information as to what’s going on and listens to my concerns. His PA Matt is great as well. I’m very satisfied with the care I’ve received from Dr. Phillips and I highly recommend.

I went up to the desk and got right into the exam room a few minutes later - nurses removed my bandage and signed me in. The doctor came in and examined my wrist. He explained things and answered all my questions. Everyone is efficient and helpful at MD West ONE.

I have been a patient of Dr Keiser since 2007 and he’s a very good Dr. The office staff are all great including the X-ray techs, Dr Keiser’s nurses Erin and Earl (whom I’ve seen at other office also). Dr Keiser explained the X-rays, gave me a steroid shot in knee and a new brace for wrist. I really trust him as a Dr and his recommendations.

Dr. Inda and his PA are great. I had Plantar fasciitis for 5 months and then stress a stress fracture on the top of my foot that is trying to heal. They showed me the X-rays, spent time answering my questions. Everyone I came in contact with was very pleasant. Thank you

Came for a second opinion and to change providers. The facility was really nice and I liked the personal attention and frank conversation about the state of my knee and where treatment should go. I feel heard, seen and like a part of the treatment team.

There's always plenty of staff to get you checked in fairly quick. The reception area is huge, so you're never sitting on top of someone else, although, I've never waited more than 4-7 min before being called back to a room. Again, doctor is prompt coming in to see me. And, she's great! Had a knee injection , for the first time, so I was nervous. Dr was informative, empathetic & very gentle. I'll never go anywhere else!

This office is always runs smoothly-quick check in, appointments start on time as scheduled, no long waits for doctor to enter exam room, etc. Every single interaction with doctors, support staff, and technicians that I have experienced has been professional and warm. Highly recommend. Dr. Grier was compassionate, highly informative and went the extra mile in assessing my orthopedic issues.

Staff are all very nice and helpful. I truly appreciate everything Dr. Gaard has done to help me. I drew a lucky straw when he was on duty the day I had a brain bleed. He has guided me thru treatment for the bleed, removal of a tumor, and radiation for bad blood cells. He has always been kind and friendly. It is so easy to trust his intelligence and knowledge to get me thru to the next phase in life. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone who needs a neurologist. Thank you doctor Guaard.
