This was my first visit to MD West One. Everyone was so friendly and the facility was really nice. Dr. Izadi is absolutely wonderful! He is so kind and took the time to really listen to me and explain everything to me. I highly recommend MD West One and Dr. Izadi.

All of the staff were professional and personable. The facility is very clean. I did not have to wait more than 10 minutes. Dr. McMullen showed my MRI images and clearly explained his surgical plan. I am impressed.

Dr. Phillips is very patient while addressing your concerns. He talks to you, not at you. Nice staff. Surgery in the future so no comments on that yet.

I did not have to wait and they were ready to take x-rays immediately. I did not have to go over my symptoms as they knew exactly why I was there from the online questions I answered the day before. Very efficient and solved my problem easily

I can't say enough about the care I have received! Every single staff member is friendly and professional. Dr Cheng did one total knee and will unfortunately be doing another in the fairly near future but I have complete confidence in him!

From the moment I walked in my experience w/front desk, nurse, the assistant, doctor & xray tech I would give them each a 10. Very welcoming and made me very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

While I don't enjoy going to the Dr, this place takes the pain out of the experience. Friendly staff, short wait time and beautiful facilities. Dr Erik Otterberg is the best! He listens, cares and keeps my knee is great shape!

What a lovely clinic and personnel. Spectacukar Coffee Curtesy Bar! Appreciated a lively coffee treat while waiting. Clean and comfortable and got my health issue resolved!
