Fantastic customer service, easy booking and check-in. We stayed in one of the small cabins off Lakeview Drive and immensely enjoyed our stay. The pictures posted on the website were accurate and the amenities were enjoyable. Can’t beat a 2 minute walk to the water! Looking forward to visiting again.
Also, the lovely property manager has a very sweet dog named Cali - that’s a bonus in my book!

Man what a great cabin my son and I got on our father son trip . We had an epic time I chose a cabin 10 min away from the lake for privacy and great view of the outdoors. The cabin was very very clean and we felt very safe our whole trip I stayed a week.

The "cabin" was cozy, clean, and had utensils and dishware (I didn't have to use any that I brought!) We were close to the water, and it was the perfect getaway for me and my husband over the Valentine's weekend! I accidentally broke the coffee pot, and Stephanie was very helpful with my demise! I highly recommend Big Bear Vacations to anyone! We will definitely be returning!

Just had my 2nd stay with BBV and it was fantastic! There was renovation going on with the initial house I booked that the owners hadn't finished in time, so someone called me to find another home. Of course I was very disappointed I had to pick another house but staff was very friendly and made sure I got everything I wanted in the home. The house (Ski & Tee) was great and beautiful, our backyard was next to the golf course that provided a beautiful view. Everything about the stay was perfect, and if I ever needed anything I could just call the 24/7 number although I didn't use it. I'll be staying with BBV again in the snow season. Also, thank you to Brian for making checking in extremely easy after an extremely long drive.
Had my 3rd stay with BBV and it was incredible. Knotty&Nice was a beautiful home equip with everything we needed. The walk across the street to see the lake was definitely one of the best!

This is the second time that we have rented through Big Bear Vacations and they are absolutely wonderful. The first time we had rented through another agency and the cabin was terrible, dirty, and falling apart. Unfortunately they did not have another cabin for us, so we tried Big Bear Vacations and they were very accommodating. We ended up getting a wonderful, absolutely beautiful cabin for the same amount that we were being charged through the other place. This year we were in a terrible car accident. A drunk driver had hit us head on and destroyed the Ford Expedition we had rented. We ended up at the ER until 3 am the night before check out. When I called to explain that we might not make it by the check out time because my son had to drive up from LA to pick us up, they were so sweet and very concerned about our well being. I have nothing but rave reviews for them. Thank you for everything you guys have always done, I will definitely use Big Bear Vacations for my rental needs and will have no hesitation to send my friends or family there.

Plain awesome. Booked a cabin yards away from the lake. Amazing view. Small but spacious cabin. Warm. Kitchen had everything we needed. Only complaint (nitpicking) get some better wifi please ! and a bigger TV. Had an amazing time. Will go back next year

We had a great time with Big Bear Vacations rental home. I called the 800 number for help with the booking, talked with Stefanie, and was able to complete the booking over the phone. The house was about 7mins away from the lift. Great little home, two stories with a fireplace. We got to snowboard for the first time with our 7 year old son. He had a blast and got to see fresh falling snow. We brought some duraflame logs, had an open fire going, and it kept the living room warm while we watch the star wars marathon on cable tv. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you for a great rental home. Wish we could have stayed longer, and away from the city life.
