Big Bear Vacations have, by far, the best costumer service and some of the best properties in Big Bear. Checking in and out is a breeze and they really appreciate your business. They really do go the extra mile to make sure that you have an amazing experience. They have saved my Christmas a couple of times with great prices, availability and even waiting for me past their closing time to check me in. Highly recommended.

We had such a great stay at the cabin. Checking in was easy and everyone was very welcoming and friendly! The cabin was very clean and was equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and some spices and condiments. It was great and we will definitely be back!!

We rented the Four Happy Bears Estate and had a blast. The kitchen included a toaster, microwave, fridge, and a grill outside with the propane tank full. The house was warm and inviting. It is close to Summit mountain, we walked there and it took us about 15 minutes and in car only three minutes. There is a jacuzzi outside but we did not use it. The house is located in front of an area where kids can play with the snow or even adults. The heater worked well, the only thing my mom was hoping for was a blender but she lived, no big deal. It was our first time in the snow and my family enjoyed it. If you do take your fur baby I would keep them on a leash because the house is fenced in the front but in the backyard there is a big portion where the fence stops and it is open to the street. Our dog escaped because we didn't pay close attention to that detail but managed to get her back quickly.

Such a wonderful experience! The view was spectacular and the cabin was beautiful! It was a perfect location to celebrate with our family of 12! Definitely will be a spot for future celebrations! Can't wait to see this place in the summer! Thank you Big Bear Vacations for such a flawless experience!

The cabin my boyfriend chose was great (scenic retreat 1772). It was cozy, organized, and well stocked. My favorite rooms of the cabin we chose were the kitchen and living room. There is an amazing view from the living room with glass sliding doors so you can enjoy the view from the comfort of the sofa or by stepping outside onto the balcony. The cabin also included a nice system for the tv. Oh, and the furniture was great, especially the rocking chair! The kitchen was another great part of this cabin. We loved the fact that the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Bea, your home is amazing and you’re very organized! All was for the most part great. Even the distance from the supermarket. However, there is a downside to the cabin. The entire, and when I say entire, I mean EVERY INCH OF THE FLOOR, was covered in carpet. You know, it really hurts to kiss someone when all you feel are tiny shocks on your lips, or grabbing the door knob and getting shocked out of nowhere. Plus! There should be laws against carpet covered kitchen floors. What if something spilled??? Haha!
Another thing I almost forgot to mention, if you do not plan on providing access to the garage, please do NOT advertise it as part of the amenities the cabin offers. It was not needed after all, but please keep that in mind.
All in all, our experience with Big Bear Vacations has been awesome the times we have been here. The customer service team is great. They are very friendly and greet you with a smile. And if you have any questions during your stay, they are just a phone call away.

Beautiful clean up to date cabin everything in working order didn’t have to call for no issues clean cabin and comfort of home. Easy check in and easy check out made our vacation that much easy fun would definitely stay here again and recommend it for your next get away.

We had an awesome time! We are family of 7 and we fit comfortably in all the common areas. Everything was clean and there was a ton of pots and pans to use so we didn't have to buy or bring any. The Jacuzzi was the highlight of the trip worked perfectly and was great for bringing the family together while allowing us to relax from our drive there. The park on the side is great for the kids and it's right in front of the kitchen making it convent to cook or clean while watching the children. It was perfect.

Nice and quiet comfort bed pet friendly staff very nice cabin was very clean and was well stocked with dishes etc. The outside was well kept and clean. Dont like that they charge you a cleaning fee plus the room rental but it was a great place to stay.
