Had an amazing time on our Big bear trip. The cabin was very spacious and extremely clean. My family loved the décor and the extra perks that came along with the cabin The back yard was big, which was perfect for us to be able to BBQ and hang out. The master bedroom was amazing, and very spacious. The King size bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be returning again.

AWESOME! We did a family vacation here. All my brothers and sisters got together after many years and had a blast. The cabins were very accommodating, 9 adults, 4 kids, 2 babies. There was a hot tub that doubled as a pool for the kids, the house was cozy and spacious, the staff checking in was amazingly friendly. Well worth money and time. Loved it, already planning on coming back to big bear again for our annual get-together.

This was a great rental. The decor was lovely, the beds were comfy, and the place was very clean. Some basic supplies for our short trip such as kitchen towel and trash bags would have been a nice touch, but we coped with going to buy our own!

Nice location and amenities made this a good rental for the 2 of us. The house is smaller than it looks in the photos but still is of reasonable size. The house is situated right on the lake with a small private dock, so if you're a boater (we're not), this could be the ticket for you. Excellent kitchen with full pots, pans and utensils. Lost hot water on Day 2 and they had someone there to fix it within 2 hours. We were concerned about noise from the resort next door, but it was tolerable and they have quiet hours evening to morning. Favorite restaurants: Sweet Basil (superb Italian in a small intimate setting), Teddy Bear for breakfast (and get one of their unbelievable pies to take home!) and Peppercorn. Jaspers was decent for a BBQ lunch. We had a great time, super relaxing, with some great mountain biking and hiking. And our pup got his first swim in a lake.

Great service. Great house. Did I mention the jacuzzi. Perfect getaway that we are still hangovered from 3 days later. A relaxation hangover, not booze haha! #Recommended.

It was wonderful! And the cabin was great, had what we needed. Only advice is to ask if the pool and jacuzzi is open while you are there. It requires a manager on site.

Cabin was quaint and very reasonable view and short walk to the lake. We stayed at the shore acres cabins 101. Have the cable go down one night and there was a maintenance man first thing in the morning to fix it. Chris at the front office was very helpful and did not try and upsell me to a more expensive cabin. Had an outstanding time

Fantastic stay. Cabin was amazing, if not a little bright but we're light sensitive. Skylight right smack above the bed. That and no AC is my only complaint. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly, we had a great chat about movies. They called about an hour after check in started to make sure we were en route and if we needed anything(unfortunately I didn't get their call, no reception in the mountains but they left a voicemail). The property was very clean and well maintained. A clean and comfortable stay 10/10 would happily come again.

I enjoyed my stay at 524 Wanita Lane in Big Bear. The cabin was cute cozy and walking distance from the lake and Big Bear village.

The house worked wonderfully for our stay. My daughters were able to bring their two small dogs, which made it a true family gathering. The location was great for us and we enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and other locations in Big Bear Lake. Nothing was too far!
For future renters, please note that although you will receive something that says you need to bring your own coffee filters, this house has a Kuerig coffee maker, so come prepared with the necessary coffee pods. Towels are provided, but only exactly one per person and it seems to be in accordance to the number of guests that you include on your contract and not the number of guests that the house can hold (10 people). It was a nice surprise to find an assortment of games in the house.
A note of caution: the floor tile in the kitchen and a couple of the bathrooms is very slippery, so be careful, especially if you are wearing socks.
Overall, a wonderful stay. Nothing mentioned above deterred us from having a great time.
