Excellent Customer Service ! We have a older Labrador retriever - and was looking for one last trip to the mountains with him. The cabin we rented on the busy Memorial Day weekend had a driveway that was steep and rocky with an incline . Our lab could not make it up the driveway . I spoke with Kim - Manager and she was so thoughtful and sweet and was able to relocate us . This made the weekend so enjoyable and memorable for my family !! The cabin was clean and cozy, and we loved having the kitchen and grill to cook on our own. It is by no means the fanciest place to stay, but it is appropriate for the price, well situated in the mountain, and pet friendly which was a huge plus!
