Great location and nice neighbors. Good place to stay if you are renting kayaks. Rental places are next door, and you can walk the kayaks over to the park to launch.

We try to make a trip up to Big Bear at least once a year. We've always gone to the same cabin that was rented to us from a "friend of a friend". Well, this year we decided to rent from Big Bear Vacations, and I think it's safe to say, we have a new favorite cabin! Our entire experience was fantastic. From the friendly and hospitable staff that helped us check-in to the staff that helped us check-out, and everyone in between. Our cabin was so beautiful and charming, the decor made the cabin so cozy and welcoming. And the views were amazing! Thank you to everyone at Big Bear Vacations for making all of us, even our four-legged family member, feel right at home. We will definitely recommend you to everyone we know, and will be back soon.

Cabin was very small, but comfortable enough. Sink was leaking, two windows could not be secured, one socket of duplex electrical plug was "dead," back door could not be unlocked, front door did not close all the way so that the handle lock could be engaged, although deadbolt could be. Leaking sink and unsecured windows were corrected immediately. We felt that these things should have been corrected routinely between occupants. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed easy access to lake and "central" location of facility (i.e. closeness to the Village) was convenient.

Destiny is fantastic to deal with. We had a little issue with the first house we rented, and she bent over backwards to make sure we had a fabulous return stay. We just came back from two nights at the Alpine Lodge and I would definitely recommend it! Gorgeous views, great condition, lovely private hot tub. My family didn't want to leave.

Awesome service! Super friendly staff, very resourceful and helpful. They welcomed me, my family including our doggy with open arms! I felt at home. Don't be intimidated my the contract , just be respectful and mindful of other peoples property. Definitely going to return! :)

Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Home had everything necessary- we only needed to bring our own food and firewood. Right next to the water- Very relaxing and peaceful!

Loved our new find. My girlfriend and I had a great time at this nice quaint upgraded cottage type rental. We had her parents, Roger and Carole, with us and we all enjoyed sitting on the back deck for breakfast and chatting it up in the living room while looking out the many windows at the trees and birds. Very close drive to the Big Bear Village and the lake made going out a breeze. Highly recommend!

Family fun! Loves our stay. Perfect cabin for us. We cooked breakfast and dinner and ate out for lunch. Plenty of dishes pots and pans. Great would definitely stay here again !!

We had a great time at this rental house. Pool table was definitely a plus since some of us were real enthusiasts. Backyard was so beautiful to lay down and watch the trees and the mountain. Clean and spacey.Bedrooms are great for both adults and children (Although there were no children in our group, it seemed very suitable for kids). Overall we had a wonderful experience. The price was good and within our budget (for college students and newly employed folks kkk). I totally recommend this vacation home service. No hassle. Polite agents.
