My wedding party and I went for my bachelor party, and along with the fun we were having, the tranquility of the location could not be ignored, we'll definitely be making a trip in the future, along with my soon to be wife.

The cabin is cozy, beautifully decorated, and renovated. It is on a quiet street and close to Big Bear Village, shopping, and restaurants. The big bear vacation staff gave us some great family fun ideas and free/discount coupons. If you have ambulation difficulties, this cabin has very steep outdoor stairs and parking. The upstairs was difficult to cool down at night.

We're not going to be able to go back and rent any cabins from you guys because the high altitude for my daughter makes her sick because her stomach and her intestines make her have gases this time we had to call the ambulance on Saturday in the midnight and then we were in the emergency room at Bear Valley Hospital on Saturday in the Midnight until Sunday morning in the Emergency room until about 3:00a.m. on Sunday. And then when we come home on Sunday we took her to Kaiser were the receptionist said she look pale with no color. But they said that she cannot have any milk, cheese, chili. Just pure liquid like Gatorade, Apple Sauce, Banana.

Customer service was fantastic. Our unit was missing some bowl and a set of blinds were broken and they were addressed immediately.
Unit could do with some small upgrades: rug is a trip hazard on one side, a lamp had the price tag on it, and there were so many light switches we never could figure out what some of them did. Also the icicle lights outside the door caused the room to be very bright at night. We used a towel hung over the back of the door's windows to black out the light.
All in all, an exceptional value in a very convenient location.

This gorgeous Big Bear home was absolutely Amazing! I strongly recommend it if you're looking for a weekend of relaxation. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Home is very spacious and great for big families. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and did not want to leave. Can't wait to book it in the winter!

This cabin was absolutely amazing.
First check in was very simple and they even gave us info on boating, zip lining, or any activity we were interested in. They even gave us some spices to cook with.
When we arrived at the cabin we were very impressed. It was very clean in a nice neighborhood so close to the village.
We will definitely be coming back.

The cabin was great, super simple but has all the basic necessities. The host (I forgot her name) was incredibly sweet. She was constantly walking around, talking to people and taking care of the grounds. The cabin was in a GREAT location. It was SUPER close to the lake and just minutes away from the village. We brought our Siberian Husky with us and he absolutely loved it. I would stay here every time I come back to Big Bear because I loved this little cabin and the community so much.

I absolutely loved this beautiful lakefront home. Better than it looks in pictures and perfect for multiple families as basically three master bedroom/bath type rooms. Very spacious and comfortable and clean. Would stay again definitely.

Had an amazing time on a family weekend at the Shady Lady. Some the light fixtures malfunctioned and some minor ant issues in the kitchen, BUT the house and neighborhood were great! BB Vacations staff were AMAZING! THANK YOU to all the ladies at BB Vacations that helped plan our trip and worked with us at the counter to check in/out.
