Just had a 3 day stay for my birthday celebration and I gotta say the cabin is so beautiful, very private. The staff were fast and got me ready with my keys for the cabin within the 5 minutes! I'm definitely coming back for the winter!

We've been using Big Bear Vacation since 2003. They have the top homes in Big Bear and a very good system for renting, checking in, and handling any issues. We like the area close to Snow Summit and their office is very convenient. They are very helpful about any needs or questions we have about Big Bear. Will definitely continue to use Big Bear Vacations.

Such an awesome experience! We were able to check-in early and the cabin was in perfect condition. Location was close to shops and restaurants and close to the lake as well. The receptionist was super nice and helpful. Such a smooth process from start to end. Will definitely recommend for anyone to use the site.

Great stay! Easy check in! The beds were comfortable, full kitchen with dishes and a boat dock. The house we stayed in had a game room with board games, pool table, darts, cable TV, and Xbox. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Cute and cozy place. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Had a late check in and they made it a point to keep an eye out for us which was really nice. We got a great checkin gift. The cabins are in a great location. The tv only had one channel but you should be outside anyways. Lol We had lots of fun!

We are owners, and would recommend Big Bear Vacations to any one considering a rental company. It is obvious that Big Bear has struggled with no snow and low water (we are waterfront), but they have kept us rented fairly consistently. They are timely with communication and they have enough employees that problems are dealt with very quickly.

We had 3 families on this vacation and this house was perfect!!! Each family had their own bathroom and beds for each kid. The house was very clean, could have a few more kitchen items to help out people that are traveling from out of town. If you rent this house bring extra trash bags because they only supply 2, thank god we brought some. Also if you wanna use the spa make sure with the rental place that you can cause there was combination lock on it so we weren't able to use it. Our kids were sad. The street was very quiet and a few of the neighbors came to visit and were very nice. Close to food and stores. Again very pleased with the house and would love to stay there again.
