We bought our nervous rescue pup here for his annual vaccinations. After a stressful experience at a previous vet (he ran away and had to be carried in) he walked in calmly and happily at Kingston Goddard to see the Team. They gave him a lot of time to become comfortable with them. Katy the vet nurse won him over with treats and fuss and Emma the Vet was so lovely, professional, calm and patient.
Everything was done at the speed he was comfortable with and we even got a wagging tail.
I was dreading this years check up after the trauma of the previous veterinary practice and it could not have been a more different, happier and calmer experience. We won't be going anywhere else and I have recommended them to many friends for their pets.

Called them up yesterday morning coz my hamster was in very bad condition. She needed emergency treatment. They couldn't see us saying they are fully booked. What a horrible and unhelpful place. She was a little creature and they couldn't treat her. Sad!! Very sad!!!
After calling so many vets around finally I found one and they gave me appointment within an hour!!even if they were fully booked!!

I have been coming to this vet for as long as I can remember. I have had so many pets benefit from so much love and care at Goddard Vets. I would not go anywhere else. Katy has been a constant for me and my animals and she has gone way above normal care. Thank you for all the years of devotion.

A very professional and friendly vets practice, where every member of staff I've spoken to has taken the time to explain treatment clearly. It's clear they really care about the animals and make you feel like your pets are well looked after during procedures. Thank you for such a reliable and caring service even throughout lockdown.

Contact free drop off at the moment so handed dog over at the door to the nurse. No issues, all felt very sensible and responsible given the current crisis. Staff very professional. Dog returned happy. Would recommend.
