I have been going here since having my dog and I’m happy to be leaving. The man there doesn’t understand dogs can be nervous at the vets like people are at the doctors so backing away and not showing any willingness to comfort or even say hello to my dog doesn’t show professionalism. Another instance which showed me this is not the right vets for me, another dog was at the vets waiting and was socialising with my dog just sniffing around and the vet had come out stating he had told the owner to not let that dog go near other dogs, when I had gone in to get my dogs regular vaccination I tried to ask what she could of given my dog and he said he couldn’t tell me so I have no idea what I had to look out for and it made me paranoid about everything.

This is an excellent practice with very experienced staff that offer outstanding service and care. the worst quality of service, I wanted to register my pet, they said only online I ask the price and say that there is not enough English spoken, is there a translator? or who speaks my language. I asked how much the vaccination cost, my son said 6, then I changed the price I thought I was a fool with everything and didn’t understand registration completed, did not receive confirmation email, arrived at appointment, then called three times when I could not answer and when someone dialed instead of me, they didn’t answer or it was busy. they don’t work. And I’m not going to give in to such bad service.
