Such amazing service. Got a quick appointment for both my cat and dog. Staff are very friendly. Vet was very thorough and friendly. Checked both pets over. Gave me all the information needed and some helpful tips. Highly recommend to all pet owners

Read reviews, had a visit, not really impressed. At first was thinking my pet was really poorly but doctor implied it's not a big deal. Ended up with a bill 3 times over to what I was thinking I will be charged. He gave medication, Goggled it and you can buy same things online for fraction to what I paid. I GOT over charged by more than double the price, on one product 3 times the price. Its not really a doctors office it's a BUSINESS. Not impressed.

Been with Oxlow Lane Goddard for over 30 years and this branch is the best I have ever been to. If feels like going to a family vet and they have always been amazing and professional and dealt with me and my furbabies with respect and compassion, even with the passing of my furbabies.
My furbabies now know them and they know each one and how they are and what problems they have. Diane who has been constant in the branch is the most compassionate and professional person I have ever met and the vets have come and gone and now Lawrence is an amazing vet and so gently spoken and professional.
I can’t recommend them more highly.

The staff at Dagenham branch are amazing. I moved home over 3 years ago and still travel 1 hour each way for a 15 min appointment.

I have used this vets twice and both times i found the recepsonist Diane and the vet rude.
My dog is very nervouse especially when it comes to men the vet did not even try and talk nicely to him or make him feel ok and safe to be a vet you need to be loving and understanding and he is not worst vet ever

I made an appointment for my cat for a Rabies vaccination. Arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early. Rang the door bell. The receptionist didn’t bother to lift her head. I tried the doorbell again again the receptionist didn’t bother to lift her head. I waited thinking she’ll acknowledge me soon. Again nothing. Rang the doorbell for a third time this time she lifts her head and says I’m on the phone. Finally a response! I waited patiently a further 5 minutes before she actually spoke to me via the intercom and was told to wait outside in the freezing cold. My cats appointment time came and went. I picked up my cat and left. Won’t be returning. Apalling customer service and extremely rude! Bad bad company.
