I did the latest software update on my iPhone which caused it to freeze. Being very low tech, I panicked. I brought my phone into Gophermods after hearing good reviews from a friend. They fixed it and then showed me how to do a hard reset in the future. They were very kind and most importantly did not talk down to me or make me feel bad for not knowing what to do.
