SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE iPhone 8plus had a piece of a charge cable broken off in the charge port. the tech fixed it at the desk for no charge. previous fixes have included battery replacement and screen replacements. love these folks!

Went in cause my phone wasn’t charging and i as able to find out in seconds it was just a dirty port. Cleaned out and working perfectly in like 10 minutes! Great service!

My iPhone charger port stopped working altogether. Took it to Gophermods and they were able to quickly clean up the built up lint inside the port that fixed the issue. Ema was quick to help and she didn't charge for the service either. Would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat and Gophermods will be my go to shop for any future phone repairs.

Dylan was fantastic, quickly diagnosed the issue with my IPhone 13pro and suggest a fix, unfortunately the fix was to consign my phone to the trash can I will use Gophermods again for sure

I had never been here before but I stopped in with my broken Xbox One, convinced I would be spending some serious cash to get it repaired. I was helped by Rae and within a few minutes she diagnosed and fixed my problem on the spot. I was blown away by the customer service and knowledgeable staff. I am really grateful to Gophermods that they were able to save my phone. My screen on my less than three-year old Samsung A52 died. Luckily, the T-Mobile salesperson was honest enough to tell me that all she could do for me was sell me anew phone and referred me to Gophermods down the street. It took Gophermods 1 day to get it fixed and it cost me less than a third of the price of a comparable new phone. Great work guys! Keep it up!

Fast & convenient!

Great experience getting my screen repaired on my pixel 4a. They were upfront and transparent about cost and timeframe, and completed the repair faster than they had estimated. I'll go back again should I need repairs on any of phones or tablets in the future.
