The staff is very helpful and gave me a lot of information. Answered my questions and explained the process of replacing the battery. I appreciated not having to make an appointment.

I went in to get my son’s phone fixed. He happened to break off the tip of the charger and it got stuck inside the port. The guy tried to get it out, but was not able to. He said he could fix it by replacing the port, but he would need to fix it the next day. It cost about $100. I told him to go ahead. I got a phone call the next day by a guy named Joey. He said that he tried to pull out the tip and was successful. He refunded me all the money. I highly recommend this place.

My son’s iPhone wouldn’t charge. I took it to GopherMods in Apple Valley. They cleaned out the charging port and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes!!! Best part was they didn’t charge me!!!! Impressive service!!! Fast, friendly, and professional!!!

I expressed to Tarik that the iPad requiring repair was needed by a disabled child. He was so great and was able to complete the repair in the same business day. This is my 2nd time using Gophermods and their service and pricing can't be beat.

Eagan store did not have the parts, but could get them in a couple of days. They said that Apple Valley store had the parts. Gophermods, Apple Valley was responsive to my phone call. They fixed it ahead of schedule, and in a few hours we had two fixed phones.
