The team at GopherMods did a great job repairing my shattered iPhone screen. The work was completed at the promised time and phone works like new.

I brought in two phones. Two of my grandchildren have phones and both have really cracked screens and one had a wire break off in the charging port. I was very impressed with this small business. They replaced both screens and took out the piece of wire and the kids had their phones back within just a few hours. Their communication and ongoing email updates, to let me know what was happening, were really nice. Prices were reasonable. While I don't want more broken phones, I do know that I would use their services again if needed.

We have been using GopherMods exclusively for our device repairs and to purchase IPhones for at least 10 years. They are knowledgeable, responsive and kind. They take the time to ensure everything is working and understood. I use the Woodbury store and referred my family to the Apple Valley store. We all agree they couldn’t be better!

We’ve used GopherMods several times and each experience has been stellar. Highly recommend! I promise this is an honest review from an actual user! They are really just so good. Knowledgeable and helpful and kind. My elderly Mom went in for repair once and it was a small issue so they didn’t charge for it. She would have been happy to pay for their time and expertise, but they said no,no,no. Most recently they replaced the battery under warranty free of charge, even thought her device is old and on its last legs. My sister was in recently to upgrade phones (not sure which location) and reported the same great service and experience that I’ve had at the Apple Valley store.

The guys that work here had excellent customer service skills. I’m not even exaggerating. They were patient, honest and very kind which was consistent each time I called. I did not think my child’s iPad could even be repaired but they did a really great job with it. The prices are reasonable. I’m so impressed I had to leave a review.

After going to two other places to get my phone repaired, these guys were great. I am not an iphone user, I have a Galaxy42A. They repaired my screen quickly. Said, employee who helped me, has great customer service. He was knowledgeable and very kind. I observed him as I waited in line work with 2 other customers in front of me. I will refer others to this location and if needed come back for repair. Thanks!!!

Extremely quick turn time of replacing a cracked phone screen. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the service at Gophermods. They are friendly but more important they have take care of two iPhone 11 issues and enabled me to get back up and running quickly without having to buy a replacement phone.
