Working from a description and MacBook Pro error text, the Gophermods tech correctly diagnosed my issue via email. At the same time, I was told the part was available from vendor stock, when it would be shipped and received, and how long my device would be in shop. When it was ready, I was notified immediately via. During pickup, the rep stepped through functionality testing with me and fully explained the manufacturer's one-year parts warranty. Impressive professionalism combined with cordiality and efficiency. Without doubt, five stars!!

I've had the same iPod repaired several times for a new hard drive and at least 3 batteries. I use my iPod daily and I've always had outstanding service. My iPod is old so parts maybe not be available overnight but repair is great when the parts arrive. GopherMods kept me aware of the timing. I won't go anywhere else.

I go here for all my hardware repairs. They get things done in a good time frame for a reasonable price, and are super professional. If your iPhone/iPad/Mac is cracked or whatever, DON'T GO TO APPLE, GO HERE. YOUR WALLET WILL THANK YOU.

Came here to have a cracked touchscreen laptop repaired. Super friendly customer service. The online price quote was accurate and fast. Price was competitive and slightly lower than others in the area. Shipping took longer than we anticipated, but once they got the part they got it done really quickly. Thank you!

I think the cost of the services are high but that's not a reflection of this business as everywhere you go for new cell phone screens are expensive. These guys are professional, fast, helpful, really nice and they know the technology inside and out. They replaced a screen/digitizer for me and noticed a few features didn't work properly but gave me back my phone and ordered another. When the part came in they promptly let me know so I could get it back in. They fixed it and this time it's perfect. I had it back in less than two hours and the gal there went over my phone and showed me how all the stuff that didn't work before was now functioning. I've been to a few places for cell phone repair but now that I've been here I don't think I'd go anywhere else. It's conveniently located and they have accessable business hours which is great for me because my work hours vary and are all over the place. All around it's the best place I've been for this service. Highly recommend!!!

I broke the screen on my phone. Gophermods had a replacement screen on hand and repaired in less than one hour the following day. Excellent service.

Had to order a replacement screen for my Motorola phone, but they gave accurate estimates for arrival time and pickup. Very professional and courteous, and quotes included labor. Would recommend!
