I had an issue with my iPhone mini 13. I stopped in and they diagnosed and had it fixed in about 4 minutes flat. Didn’t want anything but a good review for their time , knowledge and effort. It doesn’t get much better than that! I ran a small business for many years. They took a page from my playbook. Goodwill is worth more than a couple of bucks any day. Replaced a cracked iPad screen in a few hours, at a reasonable cost of parts and labor. Waaay better than the e-waste as Apple won’t repair iPad screens.

Today was my second experience here. The first time was a great experience even though I was informed I might need a new phone. The diagnosis was only $19 and was done in very short time before they closed. I came in today with my new phone and for the second time Dylan blew me out of the water with the customer service and installed a screen protector and some protective casing for my iPhone. These guys are awesome and for sure my go to business for all my phone accessories or problems. The staff definitely deserves a raise as I have been watching their interactions and it’s 6/5 stars.

They provide fantastic service as well as very reasonable prices. Quick too! They installed a screen and the bottom section of a MacBook Pro I had (bought the parts used on eBay so they just charged for labor), and it was at least $100 cheaper than any other place I checked. I will definitely go back if I need help with anything else tech-related.

I've been to two different Gopher mods locations Woodbury with my current s23 Ultra and Cottage Grove a while back with my iPhone 4s, both for screen replacements. I have been nothing but 100% happy with both visits. Their customer service has been fantastic and their workmanship is top notch. If I didn't remember bringing my phone there I wouldn't know it wasn't just taken out of the packaging directing from Samsung's factory floor. I hope to never need them again... But as a parent and an industrial worker, I will probably need them again. And will have zero hesitation to reaching out to Gophermods for any future repairs.
