We have used them in the past and they were very helpful. Recently, we had another broken phone. They gave us several options for both repairing the phone and ordering a new one, plus educated us on each option. Tarek helped us most of the time, but they've all been helpful.

I thought I needed a major repair on my iPad, but the technician took a quick look at it and made the repair on the spot, and didn’t charge me a thing. The lightning power cable had come apart in the power socket and it looked like the whole socket needed replacing. But he carefully took a tweezers and removed the broken parts and gave the IPad back to me good as new. I highly recommend this wonderful company.
