Myself and my partner went in to look at engagement rings and Jean was very helpful in helping us choose which ring suited me. Jean took her time with us, showing us a number of different styles and types of bands. We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend Jean and the store on Grafton Street if you’re engagement ring shopping. The ring made it all the way to the North Pole in perfect condition.

We collected our ring today from Carol and she couldn't have been more helpful. From the outset she took on board what I liked and didn't like and gave us options for clarity, band and price. It was an easy decision and we were delighted to get the ring today quicker than we expected. We bought an engagement ring in Rocks and Nicola was so helpful from start to finish. She presented lots of beautiful options, really listened to us when it came to budget and didn’t apply any pressure when we were trying to decide between the ring we ended up going with went versus one from another jeweller. Would highly recommend Rocks, in particular Nicola. I went in with my fiancé to look at engagement rings for the first time , and Nicola was amazing. She gave us so much time, went through a variety of styles that best suited me, went through each detail in great depth, suggested trying on the rings with bands , and gave me ample time to consider choosing the right ring.
