We had the best experience at Rocks picking an engagement ring. Eimear was so professional and knowledgable, we felt so at ease and under no pressure to buy. We had been to a few other stores nearby and there is no comparison with the experience we had at Rocks. It was a great day, we felt so looked after, and I found the perfect ring! I was able to take it away on the same day, and the team even resized my token ring as a kind gesture. I can’t wait to return to pick out our wedding rings. Thank you so much Eimear and team!

My order was quickly sent out. I love the earrings. I was a little surprised that they didn't come with any backings. I have extra at home so it's not an issue. I was impressed with the emails asking how I liked the earrings. Many businesses don't go the extra mile to make sure that their customers are happy. I would certainly shop there again. My husband and I will be in Dublin the week of June 12. I would like to stop in and see the store. Do I need to make an appointment? We will be staying at the Westbury for a week. Is one of the store locations near the hotel?

Had a fantastic experience in Rocks creating an engagement ring. I went in without any real idea of what engagement ring I wanted to get for my, now, fiancé. The team took the time to go through all of the possible options in a very comfortable and relaxed environment in the Grafton Street store.
Nicola guided me toward the perfect style and then Michael helped put the finishing touches on the design. The finished product turned out better than I could have imagined! My Fiancé loves that the ring was made specifically for us, with the design aspects that I chose. Adds that little personal touch!
We are looking forward to getting back in to pick/design our wedding bands!

Fantastic service at Rocks! We walked in with no appointment and were given so much time and attention whilst picking out an engagement ring. Nicola made us feel so relaxed and was so patient. I picked my ring and it was resized and on my finger in a matter of hours. Highly recommend considering here for engagement/wedding rings.

My fiance and I were dealing with Eimear, who provided us with a wonderful experience. We were casually browsing for an engagement ring over Christmas and Eimear was extremely helpful, without being pushy, and we really appreciated that. With her expert help and knowledge, we picked out a ring that we love. When Eimear heard that we were leaving Dublin the following day, she had the ring resized that evening and had it ready for us the following morning. The after services that Rocks provide include things like regular engagement ring cleanings, discount on wedding band, watches and bridesmaids' jewellery. These are an added bonus to an already excellent experience! Thank you Eimear & Rocks Jewellers. Shane and I are excited for our future visits :)

After exploring many other jewellers in Ireland and UK as soon as we stepped into Rocks me and my Fiance had a very warm, personable and unique experience which was provided by all staff. I then made a private appointment to buy my Fiancé’s engagement ring, I can’t recommend my experience with Katriona enough. Buying a real diamond ring, is a huge deal, she made me feel so comfortable, satisfied with my selection and at ease during the appointment.
