After exploring many other jewellers in Ireland and UK as soon as we stepped into Rocks me and my Fiance had a very warm, personable and unique experience which was provided by all staff. I then made a private appointment to buy my Fiancé’s engagement ring, I can’t recommend my experience with Katriona enough. Buying a real diamond ring, is a huge deal, she made me feel so comfortable, satisfied with my selection and at ease during the appointment. A big thank you Katriona for helping us with the most beautiful ring!

We had an appointment with Nicola last Monday. We had a wonderful experience and Nicola made us both feel at ease when choosing my engagement ring and our wedding bands. We didn’t feel any pressure and were giving as much time as we needed! Successful day shopping I got to bring home my engagement ring that evening and we have our wedding bands ordered. We had the most amazing experience in Rocks on Grafton Street. We had the lovely Carol & Michael helping us on the day. Carol was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. At no stage did I feel under pressure to buy. She also got Michael to resize the ring on the same day so we could take it home with us as we dont live in Dublin. So much time and care was given to us. 10/10 customer service.

I couldn’t recommend Rocks jewelers highly enough. From the minute we walked into their shop on Grafton Street and met the lovely Jean I knew we made the right choice. The ladies working in the shop were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. Then we met Michael their bespoke jeweler and he just knew what I wanted, he read my mind and created the ring of my dreams. He maintained contact with us to keep us updated on the progress while my ring was being made and made us feel so special during the entire process
