We had such a fabulous experience with Eimear in picking out my engagement ring. She made the process so simple and was so patient and informative throughout. And big thank you also to Michael who when we wanted to make a slight change to the band he was extremely helpful in arranging this.

Staff there are very obliging. I recently Ieft in a very slow running automatic diving watch to be regulated. I was charged €25. I needed a few more visits as I messed with it subsequently and bent the hairspring and Robbie, the watchmaker then straightened the hairspring for free. I then bought a new NH35 Automatic movement online and Robbie, who is renowned for his skill, fitted it in and regulated my watch all for €20. Watch is now running /- one second per day making me a very happy satisfied customer.

We got engaged in June and went to Rocks on Grafton Street to try on rings. We met with Jean at 10 am on a Saturday and Jean certainly knew her stuff. She really made the experience enjoyable and we felt we were in good hands with her. She was great at pinpointing when I liked a certain style or setting and completed the appointment by having me try on bands. We went to two other appointments and whilst there was not really anything negative about the other two, they just were not a patch on Jean and we couldn't fault the experience we had with Jean. Would highly recommend Rocks to anyone recently engaged

I couldn’t recommend Rocks Jewellers enough. We dealt with Nicola and Michael to design our engagement ring. They made us feel so special, Nicola gave us so much time to try lots of styles and then we worked with Michael on a design. From not knowing where to start in the process, they explained every step and now I get to enjoy my forever dream ring ❤️💍

J’aime vraiment beaucoup le nom de ce joaillier de Grafton Street, l’artère commerçante de Dublin. Rocks, cela voudrait dire que ça bouge, la chanson de Bob Marley par exemple : don’t you rock my boat. Mais ici, Rocks, c’est Cailloux, comme les diamants et autres pierres précieuses exposées là. Belle invention, respect ! Dernière minute , le propriétaire m’a répondu, et c’est vraiment gentil de sa part. Rocks est leur nom de famille. Quel joli patronyme.

Rocks are amazing! We didn't initially see what we were looking for online so popped in on a busy Saturday afternoon and Michael Rock gave us so much of his time to go through what I wanted. He made it exactly as requested and it is stunning. There is no need to look elsewhere as the quality is exceptional and Michael was a gentleman to deal with.
