We had an appointment with Nicola last Monday. We had a wonderful experience and Nicola made us both feel at ease when choosing my engagement ring and our wedding bands. We didn’t feel any pressure and were giving as much time as we needed! Successful day shopping I got to bring home my engagement ring that evening and we have our wedding bands ordered. I will be recommending Rocks Jewellers to my friends & family.

We had the most amazing experience in Rocks on Grafton Street. We had the lovely Carol & Michael helping us on the day. Carol was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. At no stage did I feel under pressure to buy. She also got Michael to resize the ring on the same day so we could take it home with us as we dont live in Dublin. So much time and care was given to us. 10/10 customer service.

My fiancé and I made an appointment to visit Rocks to purchase my engagement ring. The wonderful Jean looked after us on the day. We had the best experience from start to finish. Jean took time to explain the 4Cs to us and helped me choose my dream ring! We are both so happy with it!! On cloud 9 now!

From the first friendly welcome and initial appointment all the way to collection, Eimear went above and beyond and made it such an easy and stress-free process. I couldn’t recommend Rocks jewelers highly enough. From the minute we walked into their shop on Grafton Street and met the lovely Jean I knew we made the right choice. The ladies working in the shop were so friendly and welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. Then we met Michael their bespoke jeweler and he just knew what I wanted, he read my mind and created the ring of my dreams. He maintained contact with us to keep us updated on the progress while my ring was being made and made us feel so special during the entire process

Myself and my fiancé had the most wonderful experience in Rocks. Eimear is such a lovely, warm, welcoming and professional person. She put us under no pressure to buy and ensured that I got the engagement ring that I wanted. I told her my fiancé's budget prior to our appointment and asked that we didn't see rings over it, and she promised she wouldn't show any out of our price range, and she kept her promise. She was so patient with us and let us take our time in deciding. The ring was resized for me and I picked it up the next day. Discounts are offered on your wedding ring for Rocks after buying an engagement one, aswell as discounts for bridal party gifts etc. We also came home with a free sparkle kit for the diamond and a cleaning kit for the ring. Thank you so much to Eimear and the Rocks team for their time, patience, care and for giving me the ring of my dreams!

I had an excellent experience picking the perfect engagement ring, everyone in the jewellers was so welcoming and friendly. Eimear helped me pick the ring I wanted, her knowledge of the different rings was impressive and she put me at ease with her warm approach. We returned a couple of weeks later to get the ring resized and again, all of the staff were so welcoming. Katrina looked after us the second time and she was also fantastic and genuinely happy for us. She was so helpful in helping us change the size and the ring was ready to be picked up only 2 hours later.

Had an amazing experience with Eimear at Rocks when purchasing an engagement ring. I had a specific design and budget in mind and Eimear went above and beyond to suit my requirements and gave me all of the information required to guide me. As the ring was built specifically for us, it took a few weeks and Eimear kept me informed of the progress, even sending me updates and videos on her days off. For such a big event, the whole process was really friendly and casual, and it felt like she was part of our journey. Couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.
