Eimear especially made the experience of designing our perfect ring very special! There was never any pressure or rush (even on my third appointment as a very picky customer!)

We had the best experience at Rocks picking an engagement ring. Eimear was so professional and knowledgable, we felt so at ease and under no pressure to buy. We had been to a few other stores nearby and there is no comparison with the experience we had at Rocks. It was a great day, we felt so looked after, and I found the perfect ring! My order was quickly sent out. I love the earrings. I was a little surprised that they didn't come with any backings. I have extra at home so it's not an issue. I was impressed with the emails asking how I liked the earrings. Many businesses don't go the extra mile to make sure that their customers are happy. I would certainly shop there again. My husband and I will be in Dublin the week of June 12. I would like to stop in and see the store. Do I need to make an appointment? We will be staying at the Westbury for a week. Is one of the store locations near the hotel?

Had a fantastic experience in Rocks creating an engagement ring. I went in without any real idea of what engagement ring I wanted to get for my, now, fiancé. The team took the time to go through all of the possible options in a very comfortable and relaxed environment in the Grafton Street store.
Nicola guided me toward the perfect style and then Michael helped put the finishing touches on the design. The finished product turned out better than I could have imagined! My Fiancé loves that the ring was made specifically for us, with the design aspects that I chose. Adds that little personal touch!
We are looking forward to getting back in to pick/design our wedding bands!
