5 star experience! We could not recommend the entire Rocks team highly enough. The customer service was absolutely amazing. Michael was so helpful in letting us see so many options but never pushed us in any direction. We attended a few jewellers, and could categorically say this was hands down the best experience with the most choice.

A special thank you to Eimear in Rocks on Grafton street who helped us pick my engagement ring. Everybody in the store was so friendly and it was such a lovely experience. Eimear showed us loads of options , guided us from start to finish and was very patient throughout! She even managed to get it sized on the same day so I could wear it straight away :) Can’t wait to go back to look at wedding bands in the future.

Jean and Michael looked after us getting my engagement ring and I would highly recommend them. Michael sat with me going through all of the measurements in minute detail and the ring has turned out absolutely perfect - even better than I could have hoped!

I purchased a Longines Silver Arrow watch online. It was delivered the following day. Staff phoned to ask if I was happy with my purchase and I had any question's. Delighted with my purchase and I would highly recommend. Other businesses could learn from their swift delivery and great service.

Recently went in to look for an engagement ring with my fiance and we were delighted with the experience. Eimear showed us a variety of rings and was very patient with us as we tried on numerous options. Even though we had to leave for another appointment, we ended up leaving it early to come back to Rocks as my girlfriend found her dream ring. Despite being close to closing time on a Saturday, Eimear and staff were kind enough to wait so my girlfriend could get the ring resized. Eimear could not have been more helpful, friendly or knowledgeable when helping us to pick out the perfect engagement ring. We had a look in a few different places and chose Rocks because of their welcoming and genuine nature, and a lot of other places felt quite scripted and like we were just another customer. Eimear went through everything in detail with us and we are delighted with our ring! I had to go back to get a slight adjustment as I had a horseshoe put in my ring, and there was no change in the level of service even after we had paid. They were just as helpful and said not to hesitate to come back should we need any help or advice in the future.

We had the absolute pleasure of nicola helping us pick out an engagement ring. Nicola was so warm and funny. She listened to everything I wanted and explained every different type of diamond and wedding band within our budget. She took the time to get to know us as a couple which was surprisingly not the case with a lot of other jewellers we had been to. We were offered prossecco and beer on arrival and again when purchasing the ring. I honestly cant recommend this place enough. It was such a lovely experience. Thank you
