Our visit to Rocks to buy an engagement ring was a truly great. The staff where so friendly from the moment we arrived, it started of great before we seen any rings. Jean was so helpful and gave us plenty of options & advice to help us choose the perfect ring. And we were so delighted that we could take the ring home with us that day after it had been resized. Eimear could not have been more helpful, friendly or knowledgeable when helping us to pick out the perfect engagement ring. We had a look in a few different places and chose Rocks because of their welcoming and genuine nature, and a lot of other places felt quite scripted and like we were just another customer. Eimear went through everything in detail with us and we are delighted with our ring! I had to go back to get a slight adjustment as I had a horseshoe put in my ring, and there was no change in the level of service even after we had paid. They were just as helpful and said not to hesitate to come back should we need any help or advice in the future.

We had the absolute pleasure of nicola helping us pick out an engagement ring. Nicola was so warm and funny. She listened to everything I wanted and explained every different type of diamond and wedding band within our budget. She took the time to get to know us as a couple which was surprisingly not the case with a lot of other jewellers we had been to. We were offered prossecco and beer on arrival and again when purchasing the ring. I honestly cant recommend this place enough. It was such a lovely experience. Thank you

I could not recommend this jewellers enough. We had the pleasure of dealing with Marie. She was so kind and friendly at all times. She showed all different styles of rings and was so patient as I tried on each one! I now have the most beautiful ring thanks to her! highly recommend the Rocks Jewellers!

This is the second time I have been to Rocks for a “special life” purchase. From the moment I walked in the door I was met by a lovely combination of kindness / friendliness / professionalism. I found myself in the special room upstairs with the amazing Rob who talked me through various options and was very patient with my many questions. Another successful visit. Myself and Jamie arrived at Rocks Jewellers today to pick out my engagement ring. Nicola couldn’t have been more helpful in assisting us. She showed us such a variety of rings so I could decide on the style and shape of what I wanted. She was so patient and helpful as I was narrowing down all the beautiful rings. We had such a memorable experience in Rocks Jewellers to pick our engagement ring. From the moment we walked in the friendly atmosphere made us feel so comfortable. Micheal was a pleasure to deal with, his knowledge and experience of rings was second to none! the selection was fantastic and i had so many options to try. The afternoon was made so special for us by the team in Rocks and we even got to have the ring sized there and then to be able to leave with it the same day. We already can’t wait to go back for the wedding bands.

Darren and I went to a number of jewellers in Dublin to source our engagement ring. We decided to opt for a lab grown diamond and the quality of the selection available at Rocks was second to none. From the get go, Lorraine listened to our ideas and spent so much time helping us narrow down our choice. Her guidance was so personal and helpful and not at all obtrusive. Michael also put great effort into achieving the exact setting we wanted and the perfect ring size. Would highly recommend!

I couldn't have found a nicer bunch of people than in Rocks Jewellers. Whilst in Dublin one day, the future Mrs Harvey now had saw a ring in the Grafton Street store and over dinner told me all about it.
I was planning to already propose, which she didn't know lol. I then over the next couple of days called the Grafton Street store to arrange the correct carat and clarity of diamond to be set to the ring she really liked. Nothing was a bother for them and that Thursday I would drive down again from Belfast to collect her perfect ring. Thank you to the Rocks team and look forward to seeing you all again soon for the complimentary clean and of course get another day out in Dublin.
