We had the best experience ever in rocks on Grafton street. My fiancé proposed to me over a year and a half ago with a mock ring, so I have been on the hunt for a long time. I have been to nearly every jewellers in Dublin and some outside Dublin, but the whole experience with rocks from start to finish was 5 star. All of the staff are so friendly and attentive, but a special thanks to Michael for helping me find THE ONE. He went above and beyond bringing loose diamonds and different styles and even offered up different ideas to add diamonds to bands or change the rings to the exact version I was looking for. He had so much patience over the 3 times we visited. We were offered refreshments and bubbles and made feel all the excitement that goes with it. We can't thank you enough. We will be back for our wedding bands and any other jewelry in the future. Also Carol was another amazing lady helping us throughout the experience. I can't recommend this jewellers enough.

My fiancé and I had an incredible experience here. We went to shop for wedding rings. Marie was the lovely woman who looked after us! From the moment we arrive in the store the customer service was incredible. She showed us so many different options to choose from. Their selection is great! She was very helpful. We didn't feel pressured or rushed. We found two rings we loved! So happy we choose Rocks! Thank you for making our visit Great.

The most fantastic experience. Myself and my fiance arrived into Rocks yesterday to pick out an engagement ring. Michael was helping us and he was a pleasure to deal with. We are so happy he was a part of this great day. The whole experience was very comfortable and we never for a second felt any pressure. So so happy with my beautiful ring and we are looking forward to returning for ours bands in the future, Chris & Catriona.

Recently purchased my fabulous engagement ring at Rocks. We had no appointment made but the lovely Ana took the time to help us. She was so helpful, professional and very friendly. We could not have been happier and once you say yes to the ring a lovely glass of prosecco makes it all more magical.

Jean helped myself and my fiancé pick out my dream engagement ring yesterday. She made the whole thing such an amazing experience from start to finish! Neither of us had a clue about diamonds, and I had no idea what I wanted. Jean took the time to explain everything to us, and spent ages with us helping me decide on the one! She was so professional and yet made the experience so much fun! We can’t thank her enough for her help, patience and expert knowledge. 10/10 would recommend visiting Jean if you’re like me and don’t know what you want!

Thank you Rocks for my magical engagement ring . amazing service . A special thanks to Jean who went over and beyond to make sure it was perfect , when we arrived into the shop Jean congratulated both of us in a genuinely warm way , we were made feel so welcome and we had load of time to pick our ring and we didn’t feel pressured in anyway, Jean finished off our visit with champagne which was beautiful we will definitely be back for our wedding bands and look forward to it

Eimear helped me choose and design my engagement ring. She was so patient and didn’t rush or pressure me into anything. She went out of her way to get a similar ring in to try on before I made my final decision. Rocks was super easy to deal with, I had been to multiple jewellers before visiting rocks and Rocks just made the whole process so easy and stress free & my ring was made ahead of schedule, so I had it just in time for the new year.

I've know Rocks jewellers for over 40 years, however, for the majority of that time I've never had a necessity to own anything of the calibre of their jewellery offerings.
That was until 2021 when I finally decided to propose to my (thankfully now) wife!
The decision to choose Michael and the Rock family to design and create the most important piece of precious metal I will ever buy was simple in the end.
From the moment I engaged with Ruth to discuss the choices and timeline I instantly knew I was in good hands. Ruth's attention to personal details and relaxed approach to promoting their gemstones makes you feel very much at ease making big decisions.
Once Michael got involved and began to discuss the options for crafting the ring and setting the stone, the ideas of how the ring would eventually look were even more clear. Michael is a very talented goldsmith but equally as talented in his ability to describe his work which makes visualising much easier.
The end result was absolutely stunning. My wife mentions how beautiful her wedding ring is all the time and absolutely adores her engagement ring.
If you're thinking of going down the same road as me, definitely choose Rock's. You won't be disappointed.
