We had the most amazing experience getting my engagement ring from Rocks. Eimear made the process so so special and easy from start to finish. She was so knowledgeable about everything and we felt we were in good hands the whole time. Once the ring was finished, we went to collect it - Carol was helping us that day and similar to Eimear was also great. I would recommend Rocks for any special occasion and I’m so delighted that we chose there for our engagement ring.

We had the best experience possible in Rocks Grafton St. with Nicola. She was so helpful and friendly and helped me to pick out my engagement ring, which I couldn't be happier with. Nicola really listened to what I wanted and brought me a selection of rings to try but at the same time didn't overwhelm me. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks so much Nicola.

We had an amazing experience in Rocks Jewellers and Eimear made it that little bit more special.
She knew exactly what she was talking about made us so comfortable and excited to be picking my engagement ring. There was no pressure put on us so we visited two other jewellers on Grafton Street and neither of them compared to the professionalism and experience that Eimear gave us. The ring she helped us choose is the one I’ve dreamt about having! We even got to bring it home the same day!
I would recommend for everyone to go to Rocks Jewellers to choose your ring and if you’re lucky enough to have Eimear help you then even better (but I’m sure they’re all great!)
Looking forward to returning to choose our wedding bands.

My go to jewellery shop. I always feel welcome in Rocks. They provide a 5 star service too. I have been numerous times to buy for different occasions. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Cathy in particular has helped me picked out the perfect gift numerous times.

I received a bespoke engagement ring from Rocks and it is absolutely gorgeous! It took about 6 weeks from when they received the images and it came out just as designed, dainty but still feels strong. I cant describe how happy I am, thanks again Robert!

Caoimhe in the Grafton Street store was fantastic - from the second we walked into the store we felt so welcomed. We had viewed rings in another store & the experience in rocks exceeded any other experience.
I've followed rocks on Instagram for a while & the in store experience is just incredible. Caoimhe is an asset to the team there & she is the reason why we chose our engagement ring.
It was a very new process to us buying diamonds & caoimhe answered all of our questions with so much information & made us feel comfortable!

We had an amazing experience in Rocks last week with Jean while choosing our engagement ring, Jean went above and beyond to ensure I choose the perfect ring, and was so patient with us, Jean was so informative when it came to the diamonds and made sure we understood everything, she truly made the whole experience one to remember, and I got my perfect ring Would highly recommend. Also was able to come back 3hrs later to collect it after being resized which was a huge bonus to walk out with your ring.

The team in Rocks Jewellers we're fantastic especially Jean who assisted me as I had no experience in relation to jewellery. Jean informed me on the type of diamonds they have and the style of rings suitable for engagements. I was extremely happy with how the whole process went and Jean couldn't have been any more supportive throughout it all, from buying the ring to after the proposal and then getting the ring fitted correctly. Myself and my fiancé Clare will be back and buy our wedding rings and I will be requesting Jean in advising us on the correct rings. Myself and Clare would like to thank everyone in Rocks and would recommend and will be recommending them to anyone who is looking to buy an engagement ring or any jewellery.

After visiting 6 jewellers for an engagement ring, Rocks was undoubtedly the most professional and best experience we had. Eimear was our appointed specialist and her approach was really thorough and relaxing. Asking questions on how we met, what our thoughts were on rings, being patient and inquisitive to our questions and reactions.
We never felt like we were being sold to, it was such a pleasurable experience and will be returning for our wedding bands and other gifts going forward.
