I couldn't have found a nicer bunch of people than in Rocks Jewellers. Whilst in Dublin one day, the future Mrs Harvey now had saw a ring in the Grafton Street store and over dinner told me all about it.
I was planning to already propose, which she didn't know lol. I then over the next couple of days called the Grafton Street store to arrange the correct carat and clarity of diamond to be set to the ring she really liked. Nothing was a bother for them and that Thursday I would drive down again from Belfast to collect her perfect ring. Thank you to the Rocks team and look forward to seeing you all again soon for the complimentary clean and of course get another day out in Dublin.

Popped into the Stillorgan shop (again) today, my 5 year old daughter has broken a sentimental necklace a few times, every time we pop in she is greeted with waves and smiles and a quick fix, it warms my heart that people can make this 5 year old feel so lovely. Really super people and a lovely place. Big fans in our house

Top class service at Rocks in Stillorgan. I wanted to order something on line but it wasn't appearing on line when I rang the shop I spoke to Betty and she was so helpful and facilitated me paying over the phone for the piece of jewellery and organising delivery to my home. I ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and it arrived the Thursday morning. I am very happy and will definitely be back.

We had the best experience ever in rocks on Grafton street. My fiancé proposed to me over a year and a half ago with a mock ring, so I have been on the hunt for a long time. I have been to nearly every jewellers in Dublin and some outside Dublin, but the whole experience with rocks from start to finish was 5 star. All of the staff are so friendly and attentive, but a special thanks to Michael for helping me find THE ONE. He went above and beyond bringing loose diamonds and different styles and even offered up different ideas to add diamonds to bands or change the rings to the exact version I was looking for. He had so much patience over the 3 times we visited. We were offered refreshments and bubbles and made feel all the excitement that goes with it. We can't thank you enough. We will be back for our wedding bands and any other jewelry in the future. Also Carol was another amazing lady helping us throughout the experience. I can't recommend this jewellers enough.

My fiancé and I had an incredible experience here. We went to shop for wedding rings. Marie was the lovely woman who looked after us! From the moment we arrive in the store the customer service was incredible. She showed us so many different options to choose from. Their selection is great! She was very helpful. The most fantastic experience. Myself and my fiance arrived into Rocks yesterday to pick out an engagement ring. Michael was helping us and he was a pleasure to deal with. We are so happy he was a part of this great day. The whole experience was very comfortable and we never for a second felt any pressure. Recently purchased my fabulous engagement ring at Rocks. We had no appointment made but the lovely Ana took the time to help us. She was so helpful, professional and very friendly. We could not have been happier and once you say yes to the ring a lovely glass of prosecco makes it all more magical.

Jean helped myself and my fiancé pick out my dream engagement ring yesterday. She made the whole thing such an amazing experience from start to finish! Neither of us had a clue about diamonds, and I had no idea what I wanted. Jean took the time to explain everything to us, and spent ages with us helping me decide on the one! She was so professional and yet made the experience so much fun! We can’t thank her enough for her help, patience and expert knowledge. 10/10 would recommend visiting Jean if you’re like me and don’t know what you want!

Thank you Rocks for my magical engagement ring . amazing service . A special thanks to Jean who went over and beyond to make sure it was perfect , when we arrived into the shop Jean congratulated both of us in a genuinely warm way , we were made feel so welcome and we had load of time to pick our ring and we didn’t feel pressured in anyway, Jean finished off our visit with champagne which was beautiful we will definitely be back for our wedding bands and look forward to it
