I was in the Grafton street Store today my 1st time ever too go engagement ring shopping never been so nervous in all my life but Jean made the process so stress free for me, the level of professionalism & customer service was 12/10 an absolute pleasure 2 deal with.

Judith was so amazing at helping my partner choose an engagement ring for me. They even got the size perfect! Judith was also so helpful after I got the ring by telling me about how to care for it & all the services that Rocks offer with cleaning & serving it to make sure the diamond is secure. I would definitely recommend Judith to anyone. She was very patient with all my questions & eased all my anxiety around wearing such a fab piece everyday like about how to insure it & when to resize it if I needed. She was amazing

I came across Rocks online while shopping for an engagement ring for my partner. The engagement was a surprise and I was nervous picking the ring as my partner had always said she trusted me to pick the right one, no pre ring here.
The collection Rocks have is second to none, great styles and top class quality. But what really make makes this jewellers special is their amazing staff.
Enter Carol who helped me through the process. Her down to earth rock soild advice really did help me pick the perfect ring. Can't be more thankfully and I couldn't recommend Rocks more highly. We will be back to Carol for our wedding ring soon hopefully.

On many occasions i have visited the shop and picked a gift every time. I was nervous with lock down if rocks would be able to help this year.
With click and collect today i got exactly what i needed and i am very happy.
Was a swift visit the staff were helpful and visored up so nice to see a smile threw the door.

I can honestly say when it comes to Jewellers this is by far the only one I’d go too. I got two rings remade and put together for sentimental reasons and Michael did exactly what I asked and put so much thought and effort in for me so I would be happy and I truly was. Best jeweller, am so happy

Recently, my other half and I had the pleasure of visiting Rocks Jewellers to choose my engagement ring. From the moment we stepped inside, we were made to feel so welcome, and immediately knew we were in safe hands with Brenda! Her in-depth knowledge of diamonds, and various metals helped to guide us in our choice, and after trying lots on, I found my dream ring! We were given so much time, and felt comfortable asking lots of questions! Brenda was so patient and I got the feeling she had taken a personal interest in our story, which was really lovely. I was advised to have my ring altered slightly to make it wed-fit, and there-in began the process of slightly redesigning it. So much care and consideration was given to this, and to making sure we were 100% happy with what would be the finished product. And we are. I am beyond delighted that we chose Rocks for this special occasion, and would recommend them, and Brenda in particular, to anybody planning a similar shopping trip!
