Hello everyone, The truth of #Aotax #raiyomandpatel #sumitpunjabi For #humanity you have read this below I’m one of the ex employees from the Advantage one tax company This company is a big fraud , how ? I’ll tell you This company make fool to Americans and earn in dollars . Dealing with the clients by using #USA numbers As it is “America” the very developed country and they pay taxes on time .as they said during interview till April 20 you have to work, getting silly reasons from H. R @manju You are a non performer to the performers,shuffling the data of employees shuffling the targetsbmaking the good performers to non performers is this a H. R should be doing? And many more silly reasons The worse company gives training to the employees for 2 months and make a promise to work with them for 6 months . But very shameful to say that they can’t even afford them for 4 months, just using the employees to complete targets after that Very offensively they’ll throw out the employees as if they did nothing, when we the employees doesn’t have the authority of using mobile phones while working said 9 hours but after that also working 10- 11 hours , no sick leave , no short leaves, no half leaves and even we work on the weekends like dogs. The last Saturday .i.e. 22nd February The H.R ( Manju ) drove out 10 employees for no reason,as they did their jobs well and reached their goals to the given targets And again the coming Tuesday .i.e. 25 February she is going to throw 8 members out from each teams. This is the strict warning to the company not to play with the life's of employees There is also a video of HR ( Manju ) threatening employees not to say colleagues or friends you are getting terminated say them you are resigning or you are not well if they said it they will not give the salaries to employees this she is doing with the employees which is going to be viral soon. the company is doing an illegal activity with employees we have to raise our voice now for this illegal activity This company pay less amounts of salaries to the staff and get their signature on the higher amount receipts by some illegal and fraud activities. So this company is basically a big Scam , how they fool Americans and earn here in India in dollars . People those who are joining to this company please be aware of this my recommendation is not to join here but join in #ilead, #HNR block where intakes are going on. Also those who joined and thrown out can please meetup here and we all will take a serious legal action on this company. The company should take employees back to work and should not repeat this again. As per indian law give-in sudden termination they have to pay 3months of salary in advance now how ever they have achieved there targets, they can't throw employees out if we raise up together please if you are an employee and you know what's the importance of job plz share this and help us to deal with it.

I had a very bad experience with AOTAX and I had to pay more dollars than I ever had to pay for tax as penalty and interest because they missed a W2 which was the only thing they have to do being a tax consulting firm. I would highly recommend NOT to use them for your tax returns.

Such an horrible & irresponsible bunch of people... Irrespective whom do you escalate. Company does operate only during certain time of the year and gets vanished. They'll collect the money for FBAR filing ahead but when you reach out, no one responds...Worst experience

Inexperience staff with non compliant IRS filings. Wait to pay penalty in IRS audits. Unprofessional to the core.

Very unprofessional and irresponsible company to give your taxes for filing. These guys completely messed up my taxes by filing wrongly now they have a simple reply of asking me to pay the amount from IRS audit. To the fellow public you might not be lucky every time to get saved so be cautious and do not go with AOTAX for your tax filing. They filed my 2017 taxes wrongly which led to IRS audit with huge fines and penalties and I need to pay a big amount because of AOTAX’s mistake.

Worst experience filing my taxes with AOTAX. Never trust this company again. I filled my 2017 and 2018 filing haven't received any refunds and they still following up in year 2020 for 2018 filings. Worst customer service.

Dear all, Beware of this firm. They are highly unprofessional, very poor service, lack of knowledge. They have filed my taxes incorrectly and upon receipt of IRS notice, the team said we did itemized deductions so as to maximize deductions. For itemized deductions, they are making customer responsible. They are really not experts / tax consultants, but just doing pure clerical jobs. For every single return they will try to do itemized deductions so that they get big money with Schedule-A charges. Just like other people reported here, they have asked me to pay whole money back to IRS and that what they call as "Free Audit Support". Overall worst tax filing experience and would never ever recommend anybody to file through them!!!

Kind advise , please dont go with AOTAX. They filed my tax incorrectly and i got a query from IRS. When i check with AOTAX, they simple asked to return the amt that i received from IRS. I questioned them then why it was filed incorrectly but no response from them. Emailed them and called them but didn't get any response back from them..

AO TAX commit TAX FRAUD, stay away. Will game the system, submit dubious Itemized Deduction. IRS & State conducts audit and then you not only pay the due tax but also the penalty, interest and worst of all, get a negative remark in your Tax history

try to be honest with costumers After the last year post I was contacted by several people to do my taxes again but not even one to ask me about waht happened last year. Every time I make them aware about the situation they say they will speak to their superviser and somebody will call me back. You guessed it! Nobody calls. Nobody cares. They just contact me again to do my taxes with them again 😣😣😣

Please respond to customer queries! You guys disappear after filing fees are paid. The team missed revieiwing and adding one document I already uploaded for my tax filing and i got a missing document notice from IRS. Very disappointed this time. Have been a customer since 4 years now. But had worst experience this year.

The worst experience with them. The moment you pay for the filing, no one cares. Not even a single email response. They don’t pick ur calls as well. It’s been more than 2 weeks since I paid but I don’t have any updates from the AO tax team. Believe me I have been trying to call them and email them almost every single day and I am sure no one is gonna respond me here as well!! Please do not waste your time and money with this fraudulent firm. - Most disappointed and frustrated customer .

Be genuine and attentive to customers. Unfortunately you're trying to scam people saying you have excellent service record, but in reality it's below mediocre at best.
