Highly disappointed with the way they processed my case this year. Some random rep from AOtax calls me and asks for tax filing but no one is ready to check all the case details. Now they are reviewing the case for Amendment. I have decided to not continue anymore.

Ao tax charges me 260 out of that they given me 60 discount saying that $70 is needed for CAO process. Charged me finally 200. Wrong invoice Wrong invoice content Refund mentioned but no response on same from yesterday No clearly defined process - some people say I should contact IRS and some told me that TAC for filing and ITIN It seems u guys are just interest in getting money and service. I am going to sue you if I do not hear anything about my refund and no prompt response on process guidance charged to me

Hi AOTAX team, Recently I filed my tax returns with you AOtax.com and your REP made a mistake with my spouse ITIN no and ideally IRS rejected the E-tax returns submission.Since then I called more than 20 times and every time your REP says that ''they will call me in 10 mins" but no response after that, My ticket # is 77117.Can you fiv it asap.This is one of the worst experience ever came across.

I had trouble throughout the process and then the sticker shock of 180$ when it came to filing. I just don't want to go into too much details.

They will not bother about ur question no matter how many times u will ask/email them. I am waiting for a answer since a week and no body replied so far. Its pathetic service. did a mistake to start filing with them . better to move to TurboTax

I am using AO Tax from last few years. All past time I had great experience working with them, always responded on time l, received return on time. But this year, I had really worst experience especially reaching out to them. Nobody answers call on customer service, new portal is also very confusing. I submitted documents long ago and I had to call them to review my documents and getting draft. I know this is busy time but customer service is very important. Today, I am trying to reach out to them on my tax draft from Morning. I was not able to contact them even a once. I wouldn't recommend AOTax though I passed so many referenxes to them in the past. Very bad experience.

No Management. Multiple people ask same questions over and over. First they would ask for you preferred time and then will call you at odd hours. If you want peace of mind. Don’t use this service.

I had couple of questions and they are not bothered to give exact answer to those. They are much interested in $100. Don’t go with them.

Pathetic service. I shared my ITIN to file and waiting for ST return. After 3 month when I checked with IRS, came to know filing is not done. When I checked with AO, they say there is a software issue on IRS, when I asked for email on that, they says issues is on AO software, then when I stress on reason, they say they forgot to file, they change their response each time when I call. Even after, when I found the issue, it took 3 weeks for them to file again and no status update. They use SORRY as a filler on their communication, they don’t mean it. And now before the filling, AO person called me. I said, I want do it with you, because of your service and support. He said he will check and get back to me, next time I did not get the call, so he left a voice message to call back with same SORRY. When I called back, they said they will arrange for a call back, till today no one called. They don’t care about customer.

I am awaiting for the returns draft since a week. It seems something has gone wrong with them this year.

Another day has passed with no updates from your side. Its been 4 days there is no update on my draft. I think I made a wrong choice of cancelling my appointment with the other service provider and counted on this..

Worst experience. Ao tax does not accept their mistake and not support later when required.

I tried contacting them numerous times to file my IT returns before the last date but ones they received the payment , they won't return any of your email. Finally used turbo tax to file my returns (much better experience) !!

I was trying to reach you, but you were not at all answering the call for past one week. once you got the fees your way of response it getting changed, this is not the good way to serve the customers.

Be careful with this firm. Extremely disappointing experience. They don't have the expertise nor the patience to explain the tax draft prepared by them. Line items were computed wrong. I had to explain them, that there were wrong computations in the tax draft in return for their services (Lol... and I am paying them for that). Their primary goal is to close your case and get the payment from you. Complete lack of professionalism and expertise. Be careful with pricing too. Fake promises fake company. Honest opinion for those who still want to do good in the society.

They won't stop spamming me with emails despite numerous attempts to unsubscribe and even emailing them directly asking them to stop emailing me. Don't provide unsubscribe links if you can't honor them. Not a very trustworthy company.

Worst quality documents received from them. Not recommended
