The 6 week challenge was the motivation I needed to push myself to lose more weight than I ever had. I learned about the importance of protein in my diet and about HIIT training. I lost 16lbs and 6.5% body fat. I plan on continuing to reach my goals with the lessons I have learned through this program.

Great program to get stronger and lose some weight! There were lots of food choices from the nutrition list, and with protein shakes in between meals I wasn't hungry. Just cutting out the useless carbs made me lose 5lbs in the first week. The exercises were easy to follow, challenging, but easy to follow. I'll continue many of them as I go on my own, and I'll continue to watch my carb intake now that I know what went wrong the past 10 years to put on all those extra pounds.

Before working with Gravity, I was working out about five days a week and eating relatively healthily. My weight was originally 220 pounds, my wife and I had our first son. With running a business, and being a family man, my health fell to the waste side. I knew I had to do something about my weight, given my family history of diabetes. By myself, I was able to lose 15 pounds and then I hit that frustrating plateau. Throughout the years, I have never been able to get under 204 pounds. So, I began searching the internet for information and I came across Gravity Transformation YouTube channel. After watching a few videos, I signed up for a 6-week challenge. The very next day a salesperson called me up and I signed up for a 6-month program. My coach Heather was previously a professional bodybuilder and she changed my life! She was able to design a custom hit training program and a meal plan for me. Also help me understand macros and how a diet plays an important role. I blew past my plateau and am currently sitting at my healthy weight of 174 pounds! But this program showed me more than just losing weight. How to properly workout, how to meal prep, what to eat and not to eat, more energy, more time, and how to keep it off for good! You must be willing to do the work and follow the plan correctly. No cheat days or sugar. All my friends and family have been telling me how great I look and will be forever thankful to Gravity for the help, Big Shout out to my coach Heather!

I joined Gravity Transformation online from the UK to do the 6 week shred with the goal of taking off all the bodyfat I have had for a while now. I started at 70.6kg, and ended up at 62.6kg losing 8 kg exactly or 17.63 pounds. I was very happy with my result. The result is one thing, but the journey to that result over 6 weeks I found to be quite clear and easy to follow using the plan and supporting documents. They had videos, workout plans, nutrition plans, and online coaches to clarify any issues you might have with the program. Now one of the things I decided to do as per their suggestion was to go on Facebook and post regularly about my progress and diet. I don't like Facebook, or most social media but I figured this would actually be helpful and it would be nice to see others progressing alongside myself to give me motivation. I think it was the right decision and I have since found other uses for Facebook surprisingly, but I really enjoyed the comradery. In the end I definitely lost more than 5% bodyfat as I started at 16%, and I lost more than 10% bodyweight too. I was given the option to get my money back and have since received it as per their promise. I think once I have developed a bit more confidence and received a bit more guidance in the gym I will go back for their masterclass deal, but not just yet. One thing I will say is the program is still difficult and requires mental fortitude and dedication to be successful. Had I tried this 8 years ago I wouldn't have had the mental maturity to stick with it. So make sure you are prepared to suffer a bit to achieve your goal. I also think it is worth mentioning the last week I really struggled and had very little energy, feeling quite ill at times especially in the gym. Unfortunately I do not conclusively know if this was the lack of carbs or the fact I was diagnosed with norovirus the last day of the plan... Leave it up to you to decide. All in all I recommend you try them out! Keep on keeping on!

Great program to jump start your workout goals and see results. Knowledgeable coaches to help you along the way and meal plans with recipes to assist your healthier eating habits.

Does the plan work? Short answer is Yes. If you follow the meal plan and do the workouts, you will lose weight. I lost 7lbs in 6 weeks, which is pretty good for me. The reason I’m not giving 5 starts is because it wasn’t as personalized as I thought it would be. You get a link with meal plan and workout options. You pick the one that fits your routine better, and follow it. Kind of cookie cutter approach. However, if you have a question, you can email one of the coaches. They are good at responding. Overall I think it’s a good start to anyone starting a weight loss journey.

Had a great experience with this company. The coaches were knowledgeable and helpful. There are many options with the diet and exercise plans which allows you to pick and choose to meet your need. I was able to reach the weight loss goal and almost the fat percentage goal as well. Starting weight was 174lbs ending weight was 152. Put in the work and you will get the results for sure!

Cue gravity transformations 6 week program, which allowed me to not only lose 9 additional pounds, but 13% of my body fat!! Not only am I feeling absolutely incredible about my progress, I have learned how to make lifestyle changes in a way that are easily maintainable. You know the old saying. “You can bring a horse to water but can’t make it drink.” Well, this program makes you take on accountability which, in a way, makes you drink! If you want to lose then this is the one all you have to do is to stick with their plan. I have lost 23lbs in 6 weeks and its 2 weeks after challenge and I am maintaining my weight. I will be continuing their extended program after 6 months.
