This is a very good program. My personal goal was to jump-start my healthy living program, and this did the job. My goal was to lose 20lbs. in six weeks - I started at 263.8 and ended at 241.2. It is a program that requires focus and commitment, but if you do that, it works well.
Coaching is helpful and supportive.
Interestingly with the diet, I ate more than I usually do! My only caution is that towards the end of the six weeks I became constipated. That was a frequent complaint in the Facebook group as well.
The workouts are relatively easy, but do the job. Because of my knees (I’m 66) I had to modify some of the leg-intensive workouts.
Getting my refund back was easy and went smoothly. Of course, there were attempts to keep me on a new program using my refund instead of getting it, but it wasn’t a hard sell and things ended up moving fine.
If you can focus and make the six week commitment, I highly recommend this program.
