Great coaches and workout!

I lost 14lbs in 6 weeks! I joined after the challenge because I love the workouts and trainers. GTZ is the only gym/program I've been able to stick with.

Gravity training zone was completely life changing. The 6 week challenge was so awesome and I got the chance to work with trainers that really care about your progress. That’s what makes gtz different from all the other gyms. I lost 15 pounds just from 6 weeks it really works! I would highly recommend

I weighted out this week and I went from 225 to 205. This experience have been so nice and fun. The 6 week challenge was very beneficial and helped me to be more educated to a better and healthier life style. I am very happy with the results and I want to thank every coach for their hard work and getting me through this.

Gravity training zone is a place and memories that I can hold onto for a lifetime! The group of extraordinary and inspirational people make it all worth it from the coaches and staff to the 6 week challenge participants and the members. Gave me confidence and it really works if you persue your goal. Thanks for this short journey I needed and they can keep the 12 pounds and 6.2% body fat I lost, I won't be needing it back!

Thank you so much to Gravity Training Zone for an awesome boot camp! I loved it so much I have signed up for a full year membership. I have always been an active person, but my body is in its best shape because of GTZ! I am amazed by my transformation in just 6 weeks, I can’t wait to see what a year brings-
