I would recommend to try the 6-week Gravity Transformation Shred — especially if you are looking for structure, accountability, and a clear system to follow.
For context, I’m not a beginner. I’ve been training, tracking nutrition, and working on body composition for years, so I joined not to learn the basics but to test a different approach and challenge myself.
