Gravity transformation gave me the opportunity to buckle down and focus on my goals to not only lose unhealthy weight but to learn the proper use of resistance and cardio training to change by body composition and lower fat. I feel so much better after this experience. I also felt ongoing support from the coach who was with me all along the way for advice, support and to answer any questions. I highly recommend this program.

I recommend Gravity transformation 110%!! That says a lot coming from me because I’ve had so many failed attempts with other programs (and I don’t write reviews)! Thanks to them, esp Coach Red, I have a better understanding on how I should eat and what to avoid that works with my eating habits. I was never a big eater but somehow I looked as though I was. I was able to maintain the nutrition plan and their in-home exercises without any problems. I will continue to carry on with what I learned and use the exercises to work on toning my body. Just completed week 6 of my transformation, and yesterday, in the gym, I caught a glimpse of some shoulder muscles! I’m so excited!! I love that I felt heard when speaking to my trainer and he customized workouts for me that fit perfectly into my hectic schedule as a busy mom of six. Gravity Transformation is a perfect name!!! They helped me lose 28 lbs. in just 6 weeks. I like to say they "TRANSFORMED" me!!! I followed their program, and had my own personal coach, who was amazing. She was available, and encouraging at all times. It wasn't really difficult. They have a great plan, with tons of meal choices. If you're thinking about it, stop thinking, and just do it. I did, and I'm glad it did!!!

Finished my 6 week program. I did meet my goal. For me just wish I had seen the difference in the body shape. But it will come. The coach was quick to respond to any questions I had. The food plan was good. It had enough variations in what you could have. They did ask if I wanted to sign up for the next plan but I declined.

They have the right workout and meal plans that works for every individual. With good customer service. The best result that worked for me was the meal plans. I worked out 3time a week and lost 8.5kg

I used to work out regularly, but health challenges created some issues with me working out regularly for several years. Finally I was able to work out again, but I had no plan and nothing was really helping. Gravity Transformation gave me a plan that got me back into exercise. You can choose to train at the gym or at home, with or without weights. The nutrition plan is simple and easy to follow. Throughout the entire program, I received great support via email — responses always came very quickly, sometimes even several times a day. The program also includes recommendations for additional supplements, but I only used a protein shake once a day at most. Everything else was just the provided nutrition and workouts. I followed the program honestly and achieved my goal — I lost 10% of my body weight! I started at 66.1 kg and finished at 59.4 kg. Everything is in your hands — if you stay consistent and dedicated, your possibilities are limitless!

If you want to lose an appropriate amount of weight to jumpstart a new healthy lifestyle for yourself then I would recommended this. I have successfully lost 9-10lbs & 5.2% body fat. This program is progressively improving my health & fitness by the day. I understood everything from nutrition, to adapting favorable meal time, to measuring food and workout that fits my lifestyle, and supplements are a plus not required.
