It was a great program to kickstart my weight loss/better health journey. I liked the diet associated with the program. It was very simple and easy to use. There was lots of great information about supplements, mindset, motivation and exercises.
Questions to the coaches were answered quickly. They were able to give me modifications for the exercises to accommodate my sore knees and back.
There’s a component of the program for accountability. If you feel like you’re the type of person that might not stick to the program, there is a community of people along with the coaches that are willing to help you with motivation and food choices.
My only wish is that there was a beginner exercise program for those that are very out of shape and overweight. I found the exercises quite difficult even with some of the modifications. However, after six weeks, I will say that I’m feeling much better, I have more energy, I’m sleeping better and I’m able to do the exercises without as much discomfort.
Worth a try!
