Thank you for all your guidance over the last 6 weeks Red! I successfully completed the challenge and will be getting my refund!!
I found using the recommended supplements (krill oil, creatine, chlorella, raspberry key tones) and following the food plan, I was able to do minimal working out, due to my back injuries. (degenerate T3,4,5, C7,8,11) I was still able to build 8lbs of lean muscle, build more strength, lose 5.4% fat and formed better habits of healthy intake!
