I started the 6 week shred challenge at 182.3 lbs and 38.0% body fat. My journey was:

Finally, Week 6 167.4 lbs and 32.9% body fat.
I got rid of most of the belly fat, I even had to tear two more additional holes for my belt. My blood sugar levels are down, too. More importantly, I feel better and more energetic while doing the exercises.
But it was a very stressful and challenging 6 weeks. I had some personal tragedies, in addition to a few mild injuries. I wouldn't be able to succeed the challenge if I hadn't gone above and beyond in the last week, going to the gym everyday, doing more exercises, and eating even less.
For me, the biggest benefit of this challenge was the motivation, and the discipline it brings with it.
I hope to make this a lifestyle, and a habit.
