Absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a well structured, with great workouts (and simple instruction videos), SUPER helpful coaches that are there every step of the way! IF you honestly do the program, follow the meal plans and do the work outs you WILL see results!!

Great weight loss program

I learned a lot from gravity transformation. I won’t lie and say it was easy at all because it wasn’t. I definitely struggled along the way, but if you stick with it you will see the results and you will be proud of your out come. I ended up losing 20pounds in six weeks!!!

They helped me get a better understanding of nutrition and a place to start with exercising. I really enjoyed the accountability FB group for feeling more connected with similar struggles.

My coach was Red and he was very encouraging, responsive and helpful during my 6 week trial. The workouts are diverse so if you need to workout at home with or without equipment or you have access to a gym; there is something for everyone. I also really like the meal plan because I could actually make really tasty meals that still helped me lose weight! 10/10 would do it again!

I was overly impressed with Gravity Transformation, right from the initial introduction it was quite evident that they wanted me to lose weight and get in a better physical condition. At the start of the 6 week program I was having trouble bending over to tie my shoes now I can stand up and see my toes, no more belly. The coach kept in touch giving me encouragement and that I could lose weight. Initially it was hard to stick to the food program but I stuck to it and lost 22.4 lbs. I have no intention to go back to my old habits as I feel I have more energy because of the weight loss. Thank you Gravity Transformation.
