GTZ is Amazing!
When you are done making excuses for why the weight is not coming off, running out of breath halfway up a flight of stairs and being too weak to pull yourself out of the pool, make the commitment to yourself to make a difference (not only in your appearance but in your health & lifestyle).
Although many do not know it or see it, I have been struggling with weight my whole life. The weight loss/gain rollercoaster was easier to control when I was younger. However, in my mid-to-late 40s, it became almost impossible. The regular exercise(s) and diet(s) were simply not working anymore. I realized that at a certain age losing "muscle" weight instead of "body fat" weight was dangerous to my health. So every time I dieted and used cardio exercise to lose weight, it was actually backfiring in my long term goal of getting lean, strong and healthy.
No more excuses for why I cannot do lunges because of bad knees, squats, and deadlifts because of back & neck injuries, or push-ups & pull-ups because of weakness.
The GTZ team and my incredible instructors Kyle Scoras and William Pierce taught me how to Switch Up my Muscle Building Routine! and for that, I am ever so grateful.
I finished my challenge right before this national Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) crisis began. I continued to go to the GTZ until all of the gyms were closed. This past week has been a little challenging with my office, but starting TODAY I am determined to continue my exercise and healthy eating routine and will use this time productively to keep myself strong & healthy. Not only for myself but so that I can be there for my family, friends, and clients.
I urge everyone to eat healthily, exercise, and load up on vitamins and Zinc during this crisis, and once the crisis is over put yourself to the GTZ Challenge. It is well worth the time and commitment.
