This program is solid!! Good coaching, nutrition, exercise, convenience, support and motivation. You can lose 20 pounds or 5% body fat in 6 weeks, and the program works. The program encourages taking responsibility for what to eat and how much to exercise, and it provides methods and plans to make it happen.
For example one day I emailed Coach Rad my meal to be sure I am on track and he emailed me right back saying that I was low on protein that day. So I had a protein shake and afterwards I felt better. I wasn't feeling bad before, but just felt like my body needed the protein.
There are multiple types of nutrition plans, I chose Keto since I’ve been eating Healthy Keto for the prior 6 months with good results. They include recipes and tips for prepping meals for the week so the portions and ingredients are already defined – that is a great idea!
