After taking classes at GTZ for 6 weeks, I lost 6.8 lbs and 7.5% body fat! I love the small classes, nutrition consultation and informed workouts. The diet plan was specifically designed for my body type and it really worked. The exercises are challenging without being ridiculous, and the instructors would tell me if I'm doing anything wrong and occasionally brought me heavier weights to lift. Many thanks to all the instructors, especially Kim, Mark and Jon. I'm also super grateful of the supportive GTZ community. It has been such a great experience and I highly recommend anyone to do this challenge.
