I can’t say enough positive things about them.
I completed the 6 week challenge and lost 22.1lbs and 7.2% body fat.
I think my success is due to three concepts I’ve found to be unique to Gravity Training Zone: the reliability of the tailored nutrition plan, the accountability mechanisms built-in to the experience, and the selection of interesting, new, and challenging classes.
The meal plans were effective at re-centering my intake to meet the goals I laid out for myself. They’re not easy to adjust to at first, but the resources they supply will help you to shop, cook, and meal-prep for success from Day 1. My wife really wanted mine to be a success story (self-interested much?), and decided to eat like me, and see. We had fun with our new reality, and still ate well.
The GTZ app allowed me to quickly schedule myself for the next available class, and tracked my attendance for me. The classes were awesome, and varied enough to keep everyone happy and exhausted. I followed the programs, put forth maximum effort, and stopped making comfortable choices. The trainers and choices of classes helped me to stay frosty, and focused on the objective. I never found myself bored or dreading the gym. Seeing your own determination reflected in your fellow challengers made the experience something you won’t find at your average gym and made all the difference for me.
I cannot over-state how much I appreciated the guidance, motivation, and encouragement from the staff and also from the members. The camaraderie really rounds out the experience of getting back into the gym after a long break. The saying goes, “commiseration builds strong bonds.” It’s true for me, in that I’m glad to have been sweating alongside these people, and being there to see so many people improving themselves, and switching things up for a change; feeling good about themselves, and embracing their newly found energy, motivation, and strength.
The trainers, the challengers, and members keeps the environment engaging, and you improving. If you don’t quit on yourself, and you decide to dive in, these people will see you through to your objectives.
Thanks to Jon and Jimmy, and everyone who looked the other way when I took 2 towels. I needed them thanks to you guys.
Do good things!
