The gym is awesome, Kyle is super helpful. Completed my challenge and beyond, lost 30 pounds and 7.5% body fat in 6 weeks!!! Highly recommend you start, if you don't you'll be kicking yourself 6 weeks from now

Gravity did not disappoint for a second time around. I completed a 6 weeks challenge years ago and was very happy with the results; therefore two babies later when I wanted to get back in shape without hesitation I returned to GTZ. Again they did not disappoint. GTZ provided me with an awesome diet plan, killer workout and encouragement through the entire 6 weeks! They give you all the right tools for weight loss success. It’s up to you if you follow through with it! If you follow their recommendations you will reach your goals!!!! Loved the classes at Gravity training zone. You work hard, but still work at a level you're comfortable with. The rotation keeps you engaged and able to push yourself. I completed the 6 week challenge. I lost 13lbs. and 5.1% body fat!!! Great kick start to getting back in shape. The nutritional plan is relatively easy. The coaches and other “members” are great!!

I would highly recommend this program not just because you will lose weight on it but it will teach you how to prepare meals and eat for weight loss not just for a six week diet program but year around. Throughout the program there are tools aimed at establishing habits that will prepare you to maintain your weight loss once you come off the six week program.

What's up everyone! I had my final weigh in on 6/23 and I lost 22lbs on the 6 week challenge with Gravity. I feel awesome! The coaches are great there and the meal plans are easy! Thank you to Jimmy and Jon for the amazing workouts and pushing me throughout the past 6 weeks.

GTZ was amazing! I lost 17.6 pounds at 7.3% of my body fat in only six weeks. The team is amazing, supportive, and there is a great sense of community. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

This is an amazing place, awesome trainers, and nice people... could'nt enjoy more. I lost 20 lbs and 5.2% of body fat in just 6 weeks. I follow the diet and work out 4 times a week (by the way the workout were amaizing never boring and easy to follow through) and in my experience this was the best way to lose weight while meeting new people and having fun.

In 6 weeks I've lost 25 IBS Boom. Didn't struggle really. Every time i looked at the accountability group i was getting a boost of motivation by looking at others and trying to do better.:) Ive been struggling to loose weight for some time. Not with these guys. Give them a go!!!

I just completed the Gravity Transformation 6-week challenge. I beat the goal for the challenge and am really happy with my results. I lost 6% body fat in six weeks (close to 15lb. of body fat) and increased my lean muscle mass. The challenge was not easy and you have to put in the work, but Gravity Challenge provides a detailed road map that will guide you. It includes a weekly meal plan that is easy to follow and detailed workouts. If you follow the plan, you are guaranteed positive results!

I loved the 6 week challenge. I lost 29lbs and 4.5% body fat. The meal plan was what really helped the most. The workouts are intense but you feel so accomplished after. Highly recommended.
