So I got so fed up with Ready Refresh not showing, canceling deliveries, etc. I decided to give Twin Rocks a try. They great- from the water to delivery to customer service I have not had any problems. I would highly recommend them- you won't regret it

Not only is their service superior, their customer service gets back to you immediately and their prices are fantastic. They do what they say, deliver when they say they will. It is convenient with getting a text and telling them what I want. They place the water containers where I ask them to. They are responsive to email and text. They are price competitive. I got rid of ReadyFresh. ReadyFresh has not figured out what it means to be customer focused. After being with them for over 10 years they still charged me a deposit for empty returns I may have forgotten to put out the night before delivery as if I was going to steal a 3 gallon jug. Extremely petty and hard to deal with and more expensive than TwinRocks. I have been with TwinRocks for a year now and I am pleased with them.

Honestly don’t even bother comparing them to the big boys like Poland Spring unless you don’t mind nonexistent Customer Service awful delivery and zero response instead I strongly recommend Twin Rocks. A pleasure to work with keep everything simple prices are amazing and honestly They’ll blow anyone out of the water.,,,!

I was really happy with the water delivery service Twin Rocks provided. They gave me competitive pricing compared to other water delivery services. The deliveries were on time and came right to our apartment door. Can’t recommend this company enough!
