I started getting water delivery from TR about a year ago, I started out with 3 bottles and now I'm up to 8 a month, never had an issue with delivery or billing, I love they way they set the billing up which is very coincident to me, when I have spoken to someone there always polite, and the best part there a family owned company, the owner called me at home on a Sunday when I set my account up, very highly recommend this company over all others I even had my 2 daughters start service, thank you TR!

My cooler broke, I called and left a message and was called back, we tried to manage the problem over the phone but the water was leaking and so a new cooler came a day later with my water order. Had trouble setting it up and got prompt help to do it. all well and working fine. Very considerate and helpful staff.Thank you
