If you’re looking for a reliable water delivery service, look no further. Contact Twin Rocks asap! I was a customer of Ready Refresh for a year and was impacted by that company’s merger with Primo brands. The merger caused immediate impact on my regular water delivery and I was almost at two months without a delivery. My delivery kept being inexplicably cancelled by Primo every day to the next business day, and the reschedule would happen after business hours so there was no one to contact.
I’d had enough and after doing a lot of research, I decided to reach out for a quote from Twin Rocks. Nathan contacted me ASAP with a friendly call, and not only did he provide a better quote than my poor service with Primo, but he offered to contact Primo and cancel my service with them on my behalf!
My first delivery arrived on time and I could not be happier with Twin Rocks. I feel like I’m in good hands with them and I’m really so glad that I found them. Thank you Nathan and the Twin Rocks team!!!

It’s genuinely saddening that, due to a recent acquisition, we’ll no longer be continuing with Twin Rocks. They've been such a dependable part of our routine, and we’ll truly miss working with them. Absolutely hands down the best customer service and the best spring water you can get. I have no fear calling them and telling them when I need to change things or if a bottle has any issues. Which doesn’t happen often but when it does they are very attentive and handle it right away without question. I switched from ready fresh a few years back and I am so glad I did. They’re amazing, everyone in the company is amazing! Christine is awesome and so is Nathan!! This company is human from the top to the bottom and that's what I appreciate most!!
