My trip to Kenya and the safari exceeded my expectations 100%! I couldn’t have asked for anything to make it better! My guide, the drivers, the accommodations, all the fun gifts on my bed every night and most of all…….
the animals! The thrill of seeing such a variety and so many up close was spectacular! Plus Meg arranging a surprise catered lunch in the bush was the cherry on the sundae! Thank you Micato Safaris!

I am back a little over two weeks from my enchanting trip to Kenya on a Micato Safari. It was an incredible experience. The check ins before the trip with email and social media postings coupled with gifts built up my excitement . This was the biggest adventure I ever undertook and it far outshone anything I could imagine. Every detail was taken care off . The staff were friendly and well prepared in making sure this “newbie” got the most out of the trip. The “surprises” left on my bed each night brought me delight and appreciation for the wonder this country offers. I felt safe and awed on the trip because of the care and knowledge provided by our guide and the drivers. No question was too unimportant , no request ignored. The Micato team is incredible , the Kenyans so hospitable and caring and the animals SHINE!

We just returned home from our first Micato Safari! We visited Kenya, Lewa and the Maasai Mara specifically! Wow! What a top notch experience! Micato took care of every detail… from the first phone call to Meg to the final drop off at the Nairobi airport (and every minute in between) we were treated like their most important clients! Meg planned a perfect safari for our family and helped us feel comfortable with a trip so out of our comfort zone! Our safari guide, Peter, was the BEST! He answered a million questions and taught us so much about the different areas. The accommodations were amazing, the food delicious, and the animals were beyond what we could have hoped for! It was a trip of a lifetime and we truly appreciate everything Micato did to make it so special! Thank you!
