Me and my daughter took a safari with Micato to Kenya and Tanzania. To say it was a trip of a lifetime seems like an understatement. Micato did a great job planning our trip and the Micato people in Africa could not have been nice. Our accommodations were over the top and our safari guides and drivers were knowledgeable, friendly and took care of our every need. I would highly recommend Micato to anyone going on safari. Can't wait to visit Africa again with Micato

We just got back from a safari planned by Micato and it was very easily the best trip we have ever been on....EVER. They planned the most incredible itinerary that we couldn't have put together on our own. Once we were on the ground in Kenya, every detail was organized and thoughtful. Accommodations were outstanding and so unique. The food and drinks were incredible. Our guide Peter was the most kind, fun and knowledgable person. The safari itself was the coolest thing we have ever experienced - I feel so lucky to have seen these animals up close and personal. Before the trip was over, we were already thinking about how / when to plan another adventure with Micato.
Lastly, our decision to travel during a pandemic was not made lightly. We thought long and hard about the risks and took many precautions before we traveled. We were so relived that everyone involved in this trip (guides, concierge, hosts, etc) took things as seriously as we did. We felt very safe every step of the way.

Micato Safaris was easily the best and most luxurious vacation I have ever taken! From being greeted as soon as we departed the plane, having hand written notes and gifts in our rooms, to the incredibly knowledgeable Safari Director and drivers, we were made to feel as though we were the only guests on safari. Even with recent concerns of COVID, there were regular temperature checks, hand-washing stations, hand sanitizer and every staff member wore a mask and was superb at making us feel welcome while maintaining safe distancing protocols. I would highly recommend anyone book with Micato if they're considering going on safari!

Going on safari with Micato was amazing and truly a once in a lifetime trip. The tour guides, drivers, and staff were knowledgable, personable, and took care of every detail so there was no need to worry about a single thing (other than if we could manage to spot a leopard while out driving). I would not go back to Kenya or Tanzania without Micato.

We went on a safari to Kenya and Tanzania. Everything about the trip was first class and so very well thought out. We were well prepared before the trip and loved every minute of our trip. The guides and drivers couldn't have been more knowledgeable or nicer. Highly recommend Micato. Can't wait to go again.

The trip from start to finish was flawless. We combined a private tour and a group tour. Both were top notch. The staff is professional and knowledgable. The facilities were the very best. The safari was beyond our expectations.
